Dishonest and IrresponsibleI was to travel on 25th Oct and documents submitted to HRM (Marathalli) on 30th September. In between the consulate was closed for 10 days, so I knew the submission would not happen until 9th or 10th of Oct.Allowing for a week of processing time, there was no update from HRM at all.From 18th evening I started calling daily for update. Everytime his response was today is collection, let us see what happens. This continued till 23rd, with 36 hours to go for my flight. After this he stopped answering my calls and cutting the phone.On 24th Morning, call cutting continued and this is when I got a call from Mumbai saying he got a msg asking him to call this number (me). Turns out, it was the agent who submits the application. He informed me that my application was not even submitted. From 10th Oct consulate had been asking people to come in-person and not accepting agents. He said many people had come to Mumbai and had gotten the job done in a day. Didnt your guy tell you that you should have come to Mumbai, he said.Why did HRM not inform me of this, I will never know. There was nothing for him to gain from this and I lost a valuable career opportunity.Update: after posting this review i got an email with several attachments of visas they have processed. Also has DOB, names and bank account numbers of his customer. Not sure what they want to prove. Ironically this is the first time he has contacted me on his own.My review is fair and factual.

Good Service. We asked for Singapore and malaysia tourist visa. Malaysia visa was received in 2 days and Singapore took longer time as my wife application was missed or somehow not processed by embassy. HRM reminded them as both the application were submitted together. Documents were submitted on 9th Jan and got Visa and passport on 23rd Jan. When we asked HRM why they don’t share regular updates on processing, we came to know that they are not direct agents and Singapore embassy allows only few registered agencies to deal with them and HRM have to go through them, which means we don’t get a application no until it is processed. So you may want to keep 2-3 weeks of time for Singapore if going through HRM.

I have gone to them for Singapore Tourist visa. I selected this place after looking at the reviews from Google and some other websites. Submitted my passport and other documents on 11-Oct as I was advised that 2-6 working days were sufficient for visa approval and my travel date is 25-Oct. I was told that I will be contacted by them once they receive it. I followed up on 16-Oct : Status: not processed, As 18-Oct was holiday at Embassy, I followed up on 20-Oct: Status - Informed that the agents are not working and they do not know the application reference number to check online. On 20-Oct- Checked with MFA- Chennai via email and the Embassy informed that visa is approved. On 23-Oct - Status: Asked me to collect passport and visa on 24-Oct between 10-4 at their office. On 24-Oct 11.30 AM - Status: Passport is not received by them as they said they didnt work on the previous day and the Passport is still with the courier.Finally in the evening of 24-Oct after 5PM - Received my passport.Not sure if this is the one off case due to Diwali, but I was stressed due to lack of communication of status and no assurance if I will be able to get it on time before my travel date 25-Oct.Wouldnt recommend if you are on a tight deadline

I submitted my documents for China Visa one month back. Its highly disgusting that till date they have not sure of Visa application status. They are not even responsive on phone or email. Vivek was incharge of my case. As I was traveling solo from India, getting a Schengen is not so easy. Yet, he managed to help me with the entire process. I confirmed air ticket to Australia, but we took six days stopover in Singapore I wanted stay with my brother. we were searching for Singapore visa but we had only 3 days time later we come to know we can stay on transit in Singapore only max five days. I called many agencies they asked me to pay 5500 each, one guy from Hyderabad I forget his name, he asked 7500 rs each. We googled, got HRM contact details they explained to me that entire process step by step, 2nd day our visas approved and I collected passports from Chennai, paid 2750 for Singapore visa.the entire process was transparent thank you guys you ppl made it fabulous expierence. happy news year
