Friendly and encouraging Team Lead, CEO.Company breaks the rule of basic pay. Its all about target. Only if you achieve target, you will be paid salary, else you will not be paid even basic salary too. Even if you achieve 50% or 80% of your target also, no salary will be paid unless100% target achieved. You need to fight/struglle every month with the team to get your basic salary that is promised in the offer letter.Whereas, in all other companies, you will be paid basic salary for your work and target is set for incentives purpose.Meanwhile, there are people who are working there and making good money by achieving more than the fixed target. Well, its all about ones choice.But the one who is career oriented will definitely not opt, since they have no job portals for sourcing. The only way of working/sourcing/recruiting is through creating FAKE Facebook IDs and fool people in philippines as you are also a filipino and chat with thrm in mobile. (No computer work, need to use your mobile only).Even after all these you want to work, you must know Fake accounts will keep getting deleted/blocked by facebook. And the company has no solution for this. They dont bother what you do, if one fake account gets blocked by facebook, they will ask you to create 10 more fake accounts and work. At the end of the month, they want their targets to be achieved, else no SALARY (not even 1 rupee).If in case, any wrong information I have given in the review, the company can let me know here. Other please stop giving fake good reviews, give only genuine and if you have worked in the organisation.

Boys contacts girl candidates and text them even after years when they are not even seeking for job. Unprofessional chats and when you block them they will text you from different numbers. Be aware girls since it happen to few of my female friends who had been there years back for interview.

I was scheduled for an interview and I was on time from 10.30 am . Till no one assisted me till 1.08 pm. I went there all the way from trivandrum, kerala. Nothing I got. Waste of my day.

This company is a big time scammer. They recruit young blood, squeeze them over work even after midnights, weekends and holidays. They give all false promises to candidates. Abstracting all the work, they do not pay the recruits. First step they remove them from whatsapp group and then next no payment. The owner of the company De moralises the recruiters saying they are useless and their performance is very poor after they get few selects. The highlight is when the rude owner uses bad language and ruthless words. I feel shame to have worked here even as a freelancer. Dont become a victim to work for this company. You wont get your salary after hard working.

Requiter for Job in Bangalore. But they dont know whom to call for interview and whom to not.. simply they will call everyone and even without facing an interview round the say sorry, by seeing someones face nobody can reject.... Just Ridiculous..

The recruiter has to be crystal clear while giving out information, some people cant afford to waste their time.

The stupid gratitude owner feels hes the owner of Google. Reviews are for people to comment their views and speaking out in India is their birth right. If the candidates are not getting paid for their hard work, then the company and its owner is to be critizised and penalized. Negative reviews should be taken positively and try to better himself and his attitude. For this owner of the company, everyone writing negative reviews are fake. So we can also claim that all positive reviews are from his own Id and himself who wrote all that. Isnt it people ? For non payment of salaries he will get away writing nonsesnse on the victims ? Where is this justice coming from? Outer world ? Attitude is a small thing but makes a big difference. Doesnt he know that being an entrepreneur. If he was right why so many people will cry out in public. If he goes for a case or complaint also, people will file against him and he will sound like a fool in front of the law....simply because he didnt pay his employees. Boom panis. The welcome was good and made me to wait for 45 mins. Then the first round was my personal introduction where they routed me to one degree north consultancy which is located on the other direction of gratitude. Finally, the recruiter came to a stand that my age is above par for any domain and would not able to process further. The lack of understanding a profile from recruiters made me disheartened and waste of money reaching to MG Road. My advice to all enquire properly before you reach this consultancy.

I would rather have an option here to give negative rating. This idiotic sluggish company gives false recruitment advertisements to attract people and then either they forward to another consultancy after bizarre wait time or say no to you after longer wait times (I spent my entire half day almost 6hrs and finally said come next day).Company stuff really act weirdly and pretend to be CEO of company.Ansh is loyal and I felt I was talking to a person compared to their stuff robots.Overall Im not happy with this company and stuff. Shame on you guys.

I happened to have a not so great experience there. Their recruiters, in particular Reejo & Sehela, were very helpful. Yes. They were insightful in prepping me for the interview. But, that said, the company which I got into was kinda a bogus company.it was a private business startup. I wasnt even given a joining letter, mainly bcos there was a clause in the letter that, we would get only half of our salary, for the first month, which this CONSULTANCY PPL never informed me. When asked about it, they acted like they were unaware of it. There was no training of any sort, best performers, the new trainer,, in fact got fired off in two days time.. When I did inform the consultancy of the same, I got Ill get back to you real quick. Never heard from them, since. Make Sure the comps they list for you u are genuine.
