Great place, very well maintained and clean and tidy, I wish all of India was similar to the tech parks like Manyata. The waiting lounge/lobby BADLY NEEDS a couple of more seats/chairs or couches otherwise people have to stand wait. I wonder how this didnt catch the eyes of the administration!

Good work place. HR team is very good in handling candidate interviews. Lot of technology options to shape ur career growth. They do offer good compensation.

Best place to start your carrier. I started my carrier as a software engineer in l&t. they provided good training. al facilities like cafeteria, gym, rest room, tea section are there. you wont be needing anything from outside.

A good company though.Had been there 2 weeks back. I had an interview. It was in L3 building. Watchman helped me to get in since it was so confusing. Searching for water. Pantry was not there inside.

It is not at all a people friendly company.They made us wait outside in the sun for about an hour. And once we entered the building they checked our resume and made us wait for around 4 hours and finally told that they are not looking for candidates like us eventhough we matched every criteria mentioned in the job description.Very indecent behavior from the staff and a bad working environment.Would recommend everyone to stay away from this company.They do not give respect to their employees and treats them like trash.

Located in Manyata tech park, north Bengaluru, near nagawara. Manyata tech park is a well known land mark in North Bengaluru due to presence of IT companies.This is the only well known IT conglomerate in North Bangalore.L&T technology services located approximately 0.5 km from main gate. Stands tall, well noticeable. Served by good restaurants and good food choices. I had been here on a business visit.

Technology services. Freshers doesnt get good work here mostly. But eventually you will be put into a good project.

I never felt humiliated like this before. I have a 5.1 years of experience.I came there for F2F interview as I was told by consultant. But for my surprise it was direct walk-in. There was written test and mcq at the beginning. After completing first round i waited till 5 Oclock for the next round. The panal just asked me 4 questions and I answered them all.For my surprise my profile got rejected (For just 4 questions) .For freaking 4 questions the guy in the panel get to decide that I am not fit for the job.He could have asked those questions at the morning itself so that I wouldnt have to waste my entire dayFor my surprise lots of women candidates got shortlisted for 3rd round. In fact all girls got shortlisted for 2nd and 3rd round.It would take half an hour for the panel to conduct interview for girls for me they took 4 questions. If they are looking for women candidates. Why dont they just put that on freaking Job portal so that I dont have to waste my entire day. L&T had good reputation for treating interview candidate very well. But this was most humiliating experience i ever had. It was not about getting job there it was all about time I waisted for those idiots.Pros:- Got a free lunch token. i spend around 1.3k₹ from my pocket for cab to get that free lunch token.

Nice company but hiring process is not gud (very complex). If u spend hole day then one process will be completed.Minimum three/four round means three/four Saturday.

I had a very bad experience with L and T technology services , i was interviewed at manyatha tech park on july 11th i came from my hometown just to attend the interview timing was 2:00pm i waited there up to 8:00pm to get call for the interview ,when all their process completed it was about 10:00pm they told me we will get in touch with you soon,on 13th evening an HR person named Poojitha called me an told me that you cleared the interview and come for a medicaltest and she sent a mail about place to attend test i again came back from home on 19th and attended that medical test and after that Poojitha told me they will send offer but i waited for more than 2 months no response from their side when i tried to contact them they are getting angry they wasted my 2 months giving hope.

Very worst place to do work, here not mentioned the deciplane in working area, Even managers also have manners to maintain the deciplane.

I went to interview l&t. I meet one person who is manager his name is vishal Saha. He taken my interview. That is worst interview I had faced I my career. I cant express my feelings when I come out from interview room. Luckily I did not get job In L&t.

Worst place to work. Typical service based company with full of management politics. You get to do all sort of works except only the work you are hired to do. If projects are unavailable the double faced management will transfer you to a different location without any deputation or salary hike.
