I was truly impressed by the level of dedication and professionalism each of them depict at every step.The process is well briefed, every inch and detail needed for the application process is assisted includes hours of calls and long emails they respond to without any hesitation. Today one year down the line I have got my PR, always kept my morale high even though there we some extended response time from the Canadian Embassy. Ms. Swapna is soft spoken person, with tremendous patience in addressing her clients. She knows what she is saying and always offers to listen out first before articulating to your response. It was a good experience and never felt 1 year had gone by in the whole process, still feels like I enrolled in yesterday with DM .Any body has any doubts on DM in signing them as your consultant, i think you shouldnt hesitate they are the best in the field and they give their best once you step-in. Given their well established processes , they are able to screen effectively the candidates. I will always refer DM and especially Ms. Swapna when ever and to who ever i can for their immigration processes and needs.

Consultation was fine but fee structure is really high compared to other consultancies in MG Road. I couldnt believe they got 28 reviews in just 28 days of their new office. I thought its from people who got PR from their consultancy in Bangalore branch. Its not true and that disappointed me. However, consultation was friendly and I even thought PR visa process takes 6 months but then they got me understand that it easily takes more than 8 months for Canada PR and 1 plus year or even more for Australia PR if eligible.
