Very helpful in finding/switching to a new job, I got a job from this consultancy recently.Pros:1) Provides well suited opportunities with Multiple Companies at a time until you are recruited.2) Initial scheduling of interviews and follow up is very good.3) Very friendly Team, they communicate all the requirements required for the interview/other recruitment procedures in detail and provide a feedback for corrections as well.4) We can rely on the consultants to explain our needs or requirements.Cons:1) Follow up in later periods is spaced out.2) If the recruiting company has not given results on the interview, the follow up on both sides (recruiting company and us) is hazy and not clear.

The whole process was brilliantly structured and co-ordinated. It was very convenient to interact and very professional in their approach.
