This is my sincere request to all you people out there looking out for an immigrant agency to help , Please do not go with canapprove. They show the interest only till the amount is paid. After that they seem to disappear. Dont respond to calls or reply to the texts. Unless I call them and ask what we are supposed to do, they dont guide us enough. Now adays they dont even respond to the calls that I do. The team who promised to guide us throughout the immigration journey are no more in company. Everytime there is new person ,they say will get back and its same story. Eventually I have to research things on my own ,so its utter waste that we paid them huge amount. We have been having a horrible time with this firm since the last 3 years. And for the last 8 months we are running behind them for a refund of the money we paid for Immigration Visa for Canada PR. They took the money in the pretext of payment to Canadian Visa Office but did nothing with the Visa processing. Dealing with them has been a harassment to our patience and time. We have now escalated the matter to Canadian Immigration Office for a resolve.The money was paid after Canapprove themselves initiated us to the Montreal Project claiming that we have the points for it. I believe its in their deceitful nature that they coax candidates to such projects and take their money and then give sham reasoning that the its not their fault that the they failed to file the application and then blame it on the candidate also. And when we ask for refund they will dodge it blaming it on the Canadian Visa office as well. Its been again another 4 weeks since they said they will refund but nothing has been done. I am pretty sure there are many like me who have been ripped off of their money and I wish they too come forward and post their poor experience they had so that others are warned against falling prey to these unprofessional and unethical immigration consulting firms.
