They will first call you to their office and ask you to write a test. If you scored well, they will promise you a good placement. Their process may take a while but they ensure you get placed well.

Its decent as a side by consultancy (I just hope), if you are passively looking out for a job. If you are seeking actively or urgently for a job, it would be a better prospect if you did not rely on them.

Waste of Time and Money.They called me at their Bangalore branch for the process. When I went there they asked me to write a test and after the test they sent me to an institute for demo and interview. When I arrived at Institute I came to know that the person whom I had to meet was on leave. I called A2Z and asked whether they have coordinated with the institute properly or just wasting my time. Then they gave me another contact but that person was also on leave.After lots of calling with A2Z and institute I finally gave the demo but there was no interview. A day was wasted. I dont think I will ever try to find a job through A2Z. It is waste of money and time.

The terms regarding payment of the first month salary werent disclosed earlier. They conduct an exam first and based on your score in the exam they suggest few available jobs where you need to undergo another exam and demo.

Very bad service, they are not saying that they are doing consultancy services they are calling for an interview. conducting written test i and my colleague got good marks then asking us to give demo in other states if we are going there also no good response. And no follow up from a to z. Mrs Chaitra this is not good. You and your company cheated us and wasted our time. There is no flex for a to z they have sldc training and consultant flex only. All faculty members be caution from a to z faculty. They are simply wasting our time.

Worst consultancy. please dont get fooled by these cheaters.
