I bought an apartment from CoEvolve Estates previously known as Asset Builders. Here is my overall review of them.Good Stuff--------------------- Pretty good marketing team and customer service. They will put even reputed builders to shame.- Good value for money. Floor plans are good and well designed.- Clear documentation. Approved by SBI which is good.- Inspite of handing the apartment over to the association, the builder repainted the apartment, redid the badminton court and fixed other issues at their own cost. Commendable.Now the stuff that I did not like------------------------------------------------------------- 4 working borewells were promised but none work. Numerous cracks inside the flat which have not been fixed.Overall-------------I truly believe these guys have the potential to become a well established sound brand in Bangalore provided they take care of the issues that owners face in their current projects.

5 stars for the green initiatives! Have never come across any builder who is so caring about the environment.
