Very poor maintenance. There is no light in corridors. Very bad parking lot. But rent is less as compared to other apartments. Best part is bus stop, shopping mall, vegetable Mart everything is within 300meters.

Poorly maintained property and very old apartment.. Only advantage is, it is located at very prime spot. All the offices in Whitefield are located at a distance of just 3 kms. There is a busstand jus near this apartment and big bazar is located at jus 100 Mts away. Marathali is also very near by.

Nice place to live, calm, quite and less polluted , only disadvantage is its near to kundanahally gate, which is a heavly traffic area, so evning time if you go out or come in you may feel some difficulty.Hypercity is sutuated walkable distance from this. Apart from these traffic issue it is very nice place to live
