One of the best apartments in Whitefield. Apartment is very bright, open and spacious. Have amenities like Party Hall, Swimming Pool, Gym, Billiards, table tennis, 24 hours Water and Security, Water and Sewage Treatment Plant, 1KW Generator backup for each house, CCTV Surveillance on common areas, Covered Stilt and Basement Car Parking and Two wheeler parking, Two elevators, Cauvery and Bore Well Water, Rain Water Harvesting, Nice greenery on all four sides of the apartment etc.

Security, parking and Gym are not good. If you keep those things apart. Best place.Power backup : manual change over (takes time to switchover)Swimming pool : only on summer for 3 monthsGym : no good equipments
