Beautiful property

Recently completed apartment complex. It is very close to the ring road and nice road exit. The apartment is very well designed and built. The common facilities are very good with a well maintained infinity pool, childrens play area, basketball, badminton and footsol court. There is a community hall as well for any functions. It is right opposite to the V-legacy convention hall.

Good layout plan. The apartment complex is not very large. Good finish. The complex has outdoor exercise machines in childrens play area. There are, of course, the usual amenities like club house, gym, swimming pool etc. that can be expected in premium apartments. There is an outdoor court with a chess board, a Snakes & Ladders board and a Ludo board.

Its been > 6 mos since we shifted. Overall project has come out very well and some of the key tractions are :Beautiful landscape, fairly nice construction quality, well equipped Gym both indoor and outdoor, loaded club house, infinity swimming pool and all the amenities functioning smoothly. Also, this project provides spacious parking slots and also has sufficient visitors parking slot too.As of now > 135 families been moved in & having very comfortable lifeNow, coming to the flip side is PROPERTY REGISTRATION !!!. Though there is no single penny is outstanding from the owners; but due to some legal issue (Benami label) property is NOT YET registered & that is one of the biggest worry to all the owners. Each one of us have spend our heard earned money but legally we cannot claim the ownership unless and untill it gets registered. We have been hearing different versions from Sobha wrt registration but no one has any clarity when will it get registered which is an MILLION $ QUESTION now. One fear / panic / anxiety is with all of us wrt REGISTRATION otherwise this property is excellent in every angle.
