Its very well built with a clubhouse, Parks, play areas and kids parks. It is away from highway and other traffics. So, very less noise. Most of the amenities are completed and available for use. Very good location to invest.After seeing the reviews, i thought it will be better to mention the fact that the project is completed long ago. There is a feasiblity in this venture is that we can change/modify the internal walls, and can build according to our choices. That what is going on right now. If any one wants to move can purchase, do interiors and move immediately. All statuary requirements are got approved and nothing is pending. Go for registration also. are

Revisiting my review and rating as 1 star as zero is not available. Never ending issues with basic amenities of a high rise, i.e lifts. Attaching a photo of lift shaft which accumulates water leaving the lift useless many times.Design flaws exist in series of flats. Washing machine point cant handle outflow of water and floods the entire balcony. Point to note, I was sold a premium corner flat for a premium experience. Attaching pictures which speak for themselves.OC is received, bescom is up and running but basic issues still remain and its far from a full fledged society. Workers and construction materials, debris are aplenty inside the society.

I had purchased a flat at SLV CENTRAL PARK around 2 years back and I moved in around Nov last year. When I booked the property many things were promised and called this property a premium property. Now let me give some brief description about the premium property Bathroom pipes run through the one and only balcony attached to the drawing and living area. Builder covered it with some cement board and given the excuse as this is only for a given series of flats. Unfortunately I own a flat from that series. Now another brief description When you open your main door you will see bathroom pipe running in and they are least bothered to close the duct which is opened and it was promised that it will be closed but now they came up with an excuse that this is opened for ventilation. In my stay of hardly 6 months I had seen how those uncovered bathroom pipes have leaked and spills the entire floor with those dirty water.

Nice location, just off the chaos of Whitefield. Still stones throw from the prime localities. Access to Whitefield, KR Puram even Airport via the alternative route. The project had good build quality and the accessories provided are also best in class. The team from SLV Central Park is competent as well. Overall good experience till now :)Best part of project ..Best cost in market ,No Common wall, vaastu homes ,Highest UDS, Good ventilation, Good open space ,OC Received.

Its almost 3 years now since the property was booked.. And one year over promised delivery date.... Property is still under-construction..Most of the amenities are not completed. Even if it is completed it is of an inferior quality compared to all surrounding projects.SLV has not been able to deliver on their timeline as well as make it livable for the residents who has taken possession.There is no CRM team/customer complaints redressal team. After sales the behavior of the sales and Project Management team completely changes. They are passing their problems to one another without getting any deliverables of the flat completed.

We booked the apartment in 2018 with the promised move in date as December 2019.It is 2021 now and the apartment is still not in livable condition. The CRM team is irresponsible and unprofessional. They keep on giving false promises regarding the completion of pending works and provision of promised amenities. The dates committed keep on changing like anything.The water quality is too bad and permanent bescom connection is not yet provided. The management takes an irresponsible attitude towards any issue reported. It has been a very tough ride for us, since its been years of struggle and waiting. We regret the decision to book SLV central Park.

Important : If you are planning to buy a house directly visit to atleast 10 residents who are staying they will tell you the pain we are living.What was sold to us it was told its a SpaceX rocket and will take you to Mars and when we moved in 8 months back, space X mission started coming in reality.Lot of issues:No control over Alterations in flat, whatever you want they will do it, they can break walls, drill a hole in ceiling etc, you can see impact in lower floors, where you see cracks in walls, tiles and overall vibration impacts the entire building.When you are with family, it becomes hard to live.Sewer water is pumped out the boundary of SLV which gives such a bad smell as if you are in public toilet.Lot of architectural issues which Residents are getting fixed up.Learning from the purchase is always move into with A category builder, small builders are nightmare and tensionsThere are many more.

I had to change my opinion after staying here for two months. Facing lot of issues - lifts not working most of the times, construction debris either collected at the corner or thrown to neighbouring land, DG power is not stable and lot of fluctuations.

Earlier I posted 4 star reviews to the project, but now I have changed it to 3 star. The reason is quite obvious.They have sold the apartment and now my post purchase experience is getting bitter day by day. I will continue to update my same review based on my ongoing experience with SLV.Just to highlight few pointers.1) No connect between the management due to which the customer is suffering.2) No guidelines for the customers for the additional expenses.3) No value for the commitments.

Get ready to replace all sanitary / electrical accessories and appliances after 3-4 months due to bad quality of water and power supply. No one from concerned team is bothered about these issues.

I got my flat in B block from Landlord. Really got good support from the Momu ventures- Devanand and the interior urban nest - Amit. They were so transparent, helped us in documentation and delivered flat on time. I highly recommended this to others . Very quiet and nice place to stay.

Very disappointing. possession delayed by 1 year, but no penalty paid by builder as against their commitment. Possession was given in unlive-able condition without finishing even the basic facilities like water, electricity. Every now & then, lift stops working. Electrician, lift technician, builder all blame others for the problem.

Worst experience. Booked a 2 bhk flat in March, 2017. I was promised by sales that flat will be given for possession in August, 2019. But even after delaying for almost 1 year, possession is nowhere seem to be possible as the management is confirming that it will take another 6 months to complete the project. When asked about the possession dates only false promises are given.Please avoid booking property here. Others who have given 5 stars recently are not owners of the flat. Some of them are bank agents working for this project sales management, some are land owners, members of SLV sales team.Its despicable the way SLV mgmt is using their people to give 5 stars to increase the rating.

I had booked a flat in April, 2018 (by then about 70% construction completed as per demand letter issued by management). I was assured that the project will be ready for possession (with livable condition) by June, 2019. Its May, 2020. Still no sign of giving possession or registration. Management keeps making false promises on possession & keep delaying it. Had I known this before, I would have never booked property here.Suggestion: Dont book property here. The management is very deceptive. Most of the positive reviews posted here are at least an year old, when people like me had no idea about the managements deceptive behaviour.Update, After 2 years of promised possession date:- Lift does not work often.- Electricity issues, DG often does not get started after power cut.- Club house is not ready- Swimming pool looks like dirty pond. Not operational yet.- Water drainage does not work, After 10 mins of rain, entire premises become water logged.- Poor construction quality, many residents are complaining on water leakage, damp wall inside flat.- Above all, not a single rupee fine is paid by builder for delayed delivery against the sale agreement.

My Son booked a flat here since last year and was promised to get the delivery by March 2020. Till now when asked no updates on the plan date for possession of B Block. Horrible customer service and experience. Sales and CRM are complete scam. Dont go by spacious and catchy price compare to nearby apartments in this area. Everyone made the same mistake to save few bucks. Now we are facing the actual problem mainly with electricity and water problem. Water quality is very bad, spoiling hair and due to power fluctuations for long time electrical appliances are getting damaged. Dont go by sales team words, they will tell you and show you all high dreams but this is reality we are facing. So dont do the same mistake like us and buy the property here not recommending at all.

Be aware of these problems before buying property here:1. Factory bad smell always will be there so in future if you want to sell your property it would very difficult.2. Road is very narrow.3. Much better property available near bellathur.

I am one of the flat owners at SLV Central Park. I have recently taken the possession of my flat. Heres my review about the project for the 1/5 star rating.Let me begin with the good aspects first (5/5 rating):- The location of this project is good and well connected.- The box price of the flats are competitive.- The owners can get feasible alterations done in the flat.- There are about 340 flats with good number of amenities which gives a good amenities:families ratio for the residents.- The project is also recognised by SBI and such good institutions that you can avail home loan from.Now, let me state the bad (or rather worst) aspects (-4/5 rating):- The Sales team, the CRM team, the Engineering team and the Execution team are in total out of sync with an extremely unorganised team work. Thus putting the clients in trouble with an extremely poor state of communication. I bet, if your emails/messages will ever be responded until you complain about it.- Basically, everybody here has this is not my job attitude with a clueless CRM, ignorant engineering team with lethargic supervisors and arrogant execution team led by an equally arrogant Project Manager. Even the management is super arrogant who instruct their team not to share their contact numbers with the clients and least entertain the clients for their problems. The idea is - everything is justified if they do it.- I was given the handover of my flat with so many incomplete work and in a dirty state. Upon, denying the handover, some work was done and again, definitely not upto the mark. This, bad handover & denial of handover from me resulted in postponement of the house warming. Imagine, informing all the invitees about this change in date and loss incurred to postpone the function. But who cares?- The workers/labourers do not even have a squeegee/wiper to clean the window & balcony glasses. Instead, they use the same dirty cloth to clean them all. (Slow claps to the builder for equipping them with the next generation tools).- There are super surprising charges that suddenly pop up which would not have been communicated to you at all; until a point of time where you cannot back off from paying it.Absolutely no amenities are in proper useable condition. Everyday there will be- electricity fluctuations,- lift breakdown,- sewage pumped right outside of the compound,- basement parking getting flooded when it rains,- no lights in the corridor and stairs. The management team asks us to put up our own bulbs for lighting.- no cleanliness maintained within & around the premises.- More than 50% of the amenities arent ready and the management have started the hefty annual maintenance charges.So, what is the conlusion? Should you buy or should you not buy?Well, you can definitely buy a flat for yourself here. You will have a nice home for sure (leaving the amenities aside for now). However, your customer experience is going to be pathetic. This experience with SLV might make you feel a little overwhelmed. But I am person with the mindset - any problem that is short lived is no problem at all. These guys are short lived entities for me.But yes, you can definitely find better project out there which might be a bit more expensive but that extra will be worth it than living in fear of getting stuck in lift or living with every inconvenience offered by SLV as an unasked amenity.So yeah, hopefully things will be better with time. Trying to be more optimistic, I am even hoping that the SLV team will try to improve considering the feedbacks with a positive attitude.
