I had been here to visit my classmate and his family for a short trip to Bangalore. This is a wonderful and secured residential area with good environment around. The amenities are perfect.the talking point is the recreation room and swimming pool. Security is top notch. Connectivity to main roads are clear. Good place to reside.

Good place to stay, can see the whole of Bangalore from the 8th floor onwards. Chilled beer, live music and chill wind will make your night. Enjoyed staying there

Very good ambience from outside.. As you enter inside the area is bit dull in terms of light.. Flats on higher floors would have more light and feel fresh (I assume).

The worst apartment with the most cheapest unorganised association members. The apartment owners treat other fellow rented tenants like beggars as if we are out casts. My family(lady of the my house) was harassed by the association member many times for petty issue for no reason, this made us to take a haste decision to vacate the house due to a feeling of insecurity, non supportiveness. I thought I lived In a secured gated community but after few incidents n approaches from the Vice President of the Sethna power tower Babusapalya, me and my wife started doubting the in secured conditions we are living in. The apartment has major power, water issues which these so called elite flat owners have no clue how to solve but instead target helpless rented tenants for petty things n make huge hue n cry

Best apt near around this area. Pool is good. Gym is not maintained.

A decent middle class apartment complex. As inost araes of Bangalore water is procured through tankers. Access road is narrow and a bit crowded with vehicular traffic on the higher side.

Very well lit apartments, stays cool through out the year because of the its design, effective owners-association. Only negative is the approach road is terribly busy all the time.

Its a 12storey building and has a 24/7 hospital service and even all the amenities like play area swimming pool etc
