Looks like a college hostel but not like other pigeon hole apartments too airy and lights in here. Lake view from B block is scenic.

Beautiful apartment , lot of space, actually a lot of space. Its not its not like conventional apartments looking like pigeonhole.Lake view is unparalleled.

The Shekhar Olympus is not so attractively built but since the price is also not so high compared to this areas other apartments, it is reasonably good to purchase the flat here for the middle class people. Pros: Enough light in all the flats (units)3 outdoor badminton court which is sufficient compared to number of flats.2 cricket pitchesMost of the flats have bay window.Big kitchen which usually Indians would like to keep.Cons: badminton is an indoor game, but here it is outside.People who come by walk have to cross 2 security checks, one is at entry gate and the other one is at reception. There is no entry without reaching reception.The road reaching to this place is not good. (May be reconstructed in future).There is no indoor swimming pool. Indian women may hesitate to swim if it is outdoor pool or if it is not a private pool.

I would recommend to visit this apartment as you can include in your list if you are really looking in horamvau near by area. This project constructed in 1.x acre land with sufficient amenities, I didnt short-listed this project as its not on the main road or not visible from main road (off road) Secondly, I dont find any school or hospital nearby...

Good residential appartment

Had to give one star as there is no option of zero or negative. The road outside the property is in pathetic condition , the price that they are quoting are very high. In that price you shall get price in the heart of bangalore why will someone go in the outskirts with such pathetic road condition.
