B Block is like slum as compared to A block. There is no freedom given to bachelors in this society. No food order is delivered here. The security does not keep your delivery package and also there are a lot power cuts and you need to buy an inverter because their generators takes forever to start. You are not even allowed to take a walk after 12 in the society because it is some sort of rule. My recommendation is to opt for a flat in AWHO which is right next to it.

Okay water problem is there. My experience with owners was very bad B-605. Told us fully furnished (LOL). Fridge wasnt working, washing machine bathrooms too.

Dont even consider moving in here. Just go to AWHO. Youd be thanking me for life. B Block, stay as far as you could.

Near to good outlets and movie hall Inox. Good society and owners are always ready to help. Clear title and documents which is not coming in that area.

Good and convenient location right on SH35 traffic free main road, All amenities in vicinity like markets, schools, public transport, Banks, ATMs, Whitefield Railway station, signal free roads to International Airport , apartments with good view and ample sunshine , livable place.

Nice and specious flats. Good location, good security, power back up, water and basic amenities are good .. Parking allotment is an issue. I bought the flat in March 2019 and was assured covered parking but still no allotment done. builders representative is hard to reach once the sale is done. Make sure you sort the parking allotment before you finalise sale

B-605, a big no. Wall is coming apart, bathrooms wont work and a lot more.

This is a great gated society to stay in with your family and is quite reasonably priced too. It is just 15-20 minutes from ITPl which makes it a convenient place to stay at and you will find many convenient stores nearby to purchase goods and other things. There are many pharmacy shops and a small hospital also nearby which is why this makes such a great place for bachelors. There are also a few eatery places nearby which makes it more convenient.

Quality of construction is bad. Water seepage from the 4th floor bathroom to 3 floor rooms. Most of the bathroom fittings and balcony door locks are defective. Only saving grace is the trouble free power backup and lifts.As far as building design is concerned, I am very much impressed with the space utilisation and ventilation.

Good in all respect. If you are health conscious, it will take 7 to 10 minutes for one round of the complex. Even in rainy day you can stroll/jog in side.

Good society in Whitefield. All the basic amenities are present nearby. The rent is also not high. Overall a good place to live

This society is good for living but water supply is too bad. I lived here for almost a year and i found small iron particles in the water once you open the tap or shower. You cannot even wash your face...

Its a well designed society with all basic amenities. Ample place around the complex for long walks, playground and play area for the children.
