Spacious flats, as per my experience here, it has been a pleasant stay for almost 3 years in NLR Residency.Owner has been quite cooperative and understanding. Also 24 * 7 security leaves no room for tension.
Its gud and camera all over the floor. Calm place to stay in. 24/7 security in same flat. Full time water facility, electricity. Well find all shops near by. Good place over all.
The area is like fish market, small and narrow roads careful..
