I have visited recently this apartment its really nice Large area with all the modern amenities. What impressed me most is the space they are providing for playing. Most important - security. Rest assured your family members are safe there.I was really impressed by by infrastructure and the amenities of the society.

My brother purchased an apartment .we are very Much satisfied with this location and amenities.

I am a Doctor, recently moved to Bangalore from Hubli. We are a Joint family and my parents live with me. We were also looking for owning a suitable accommodation around my place of work. After meeting Nirman sonesta builders and seeing their propertie, we finally met the representatives sonesta i woods who showed us a flat in Bellandur This was exactly as per our requirement and price was also affordable.

Great place to stay. Near the lake and has good swimming pool and gym and walk area. Rooms are spacious and have lot of balconies.

Decent place with good amenities. I noticed other comments regarding polluted Lake being nearby, however, I did not notice any lake problem upon my visit. Lake was very far from this apartment.

Sonesta i woods is located at a very prime location in Bellandur , Bangalore and its very close to my work place so the commute is also very easy. The best part is, there are some International Schools, supermarkets and hospitals are in close proximity, I dont even have to worry about going far from home for anything.!

Good place to stay

I was very much interested to buy a unit in Sonesta iwoods.. After doing a lot of research i came to find out below details.Pros-1.Near to Outer ring road makes the daily commute a bit easier if you are working in RMZ ecoword or ecospace.Cons-1.Although they claim that the building is only 5-7 year old . But if you look the outside walls and entry , it seems that building is 1000 years old.2. The Watchman are really friendly in Nature. They let every one inside the property without taking any details.3. Poor Civil Engineering work- Staircases are uneven in height. Not suggested if you are living with your parents who uses stairs rather than lift.4. Pathetic lifts- Most of the time the lift get hanged in middle.5.Seeping Issue / Construction Issue- Most of the top Unit flats have seeping issue which is again a result of poor and pathetic construction / Engineering practice.6. Foul smell of Bellandur lake which is 40 meters away form the property.

My friend recently purchased flat in this apartment and i was amazed with amenities of this project.The legal was verification given to a close family friend and very reputed lawyer and took almost 2 months but the lawyer with the clean documents this project has.Finally he is happy to purchase here,thanks to sonestaa

This location is very near to my office and in a nice residential area.

Nice apartment cool aminities though it is under construction till now. Temples,market, bus stand , play area are close to this place. This apartment is safe and secured.

Nice community in Bellandur. Helpful for people working in nearby Tech Parks. Less open space, locality is great. The flats are well designed. The main entrance is little congested as you need to come inside 300m from Bellandur Main Road. Ideal place for bachelors or small family. Swimming pool , gym, indoor area & childrens play area are the added features.

Nirman Sonestaa Builders offer flats at reasonable and affordable prices. They are using modern methodology techniques for constructions. My experience with them was a pleasant one as the flat I have bought has all the specified materials and is built to standard. The flat is superbly designed according to my vaastu requirements. Very nice apartment having 8 towers. 4 stories. Size of flats are very good. Total 292 flats are there. Small swiming pool and play space for kids and badminton court is also available. Very close to outer ring road and central mall. One drawback is ,sting smell comes often due to belendur lake. Prise ia reasonable.

I researched lots of porperties in Bangalore but my search ended when I visited Sonesta I iwoods bellandur .Its 3.4 acre of land and G+3 floor building in each tower. Total no of flats are 292.I work in* Intel * and hardly 1and half km from there with I woods.Roads are very wide and you will feel like Good location in city. Sourrounds are good with mall and Sobha apartment etc.Im planning to book in C-block and satisfied with constructionBuilder also promised to deliver on time.I would suggest to visit once if you are planning to buy flat

These apartments are located in a great location

No proper roads, no proper water supply, high maintenance cost, always smelly because of Bellandur lake which is just 100m away. Tenants are not allowed to use gym, allowed only after paying 500/- each per month which is useless as for 800/- per month there is a better nearby gym Moveza (snap fitness). Overall too expensive and unhealthy to live here.

I bought a new flat with Sonestaa iWoods. The flat is very spacious and comfortable to reside. All leading schools and colleges and IT tech park are nearby our new apartment this is one of the added advantages. Good support from the builders even after the sale. Surely recommended. Being a customer of Nirman Sonestaa Developers few things which i have noticed or liked most in one of their residential project in Bellandur i.e. Nirman Sonestaa iWoods- the home buying and building process was made very easy. Kitchen area is too spacious, Interior moulding, cabinetry, and landscaping neighbourhood is great and seems secure.Would Change - Shower stall was a little on the small size. Overall good experience and a reliable builder in Bangalore.

I have purchased my first home in Sonestaa IWoods, Bellandur in 2016 from Nirman Sonestaa Developers a year ago. They gave me a good deal and service. Their sales person sare customer friendly. My major concern was vastu complained house and they arranged the service for that. Even after the agreement they continued there follow up. Over all very nice experience with them. I have also recommended my nephew who is planning to buy property in Bangalore to check one of their completed project Sonestaa Meadows located at Thubarahalli near Marathalli.

I got a flat 3 months back.This is a great society.The road has been constructed.All the Amenities are good.There are no issues in the builder flats as they dont hv legal issues.Thomas is a good Sales person.He speaks truth.I strongly suggest to buy flats in Sonestaa iwoods as it has best location near to all tech parks and central mall.There have been some negative posts,please ignore them as builder flats are legal with A Khata and OC obtained.

Spacious residential place, but the roads are too bad and get washed away during rains. Under construction buildings have been given possession, which adds to the pain of the area

Near to Bellandur lake. We went to buy flats. Few were available in old block and a new block is also being ready for possession now. OC after all the blocks and pending work are done. Which can take a long time. Car parking charges quite more than others.

Location wise this apartment is super good, it seems it have most of the legal clearances like oc , a khata rtc, rooms are of good size and prices is reasonable but there is huge scope for bargaining, construct quality is ok, have amenities like swimming pool, kids play area, etc have less open space . Only issue is near by bellandur lake just few 100 meter from lake.

A residential complex in heart of Bellandur it houses approx. 200 flats 2 bhk-3bhk.A part of it is still under construction. It has a swimming pool, badminton and basketball court, kids play area, Multi Gym, recreational arena (Carrom, TT) and a party hall.Security wise pretty good and its exactly opposite to Playmania which is a popular spot for badminton and football.

Economical...Very close to lake. Could be an issue.
