I own 3BHK in Mynha Maple, from Booking the flat to getting Handover of the flat, I had excellent experience with Myhna Team. The changes were taken in very precedural way, all changed marked by me, were completed without errors.They have provided quality material in the flat like commods, teak wood finish door also in the common areas they have provide quality materialeverything in the project provided in branded.I was told exactly the flat handover process and it was very smooth handover of the flat.Project completed as a per the schedule, slight delay [from their early handover plan) but much early handover than the offical handover dates. I came to know that, their entire staff got covid and also lost few of their staff members....however, project progress was still in progress [except during complete lockdown]However, builder has kept his promise of quality & timeline. Overall, I highly recommend to consider this project or any of their properties.

Project is come out well with outlook. Clubhouse looks awesome. Minor works are pending in my flat but still took the handover after the commitment from site team they will complete it in 2 days. Hope that also happens soon. Waiting for possession now.

The best location and the most happening place at present with every necessary items is a walk away.This is definitely going to be a landmark project in few months time. The best part is the builders motto is customer satisfaction, which we should be happy about.

The Model flat was looking very nice and huge. We went there after traveling so long. Yes we didnt inform them prior that we are coming to see the flat but still they could have managed to show the flat if the flat was ready( they only told all the flats are ready) so from then we decided we will not go ahead for this property. And we hear there is some OC issue also thats y possession is delaying since long it is committed.Thanks.

Great location. Very happening and upcoming place in Bangalore. It is a high rise society located on the main road. Very competitive pricing. Yet to give handover and is sold out.

Stay away i wasted my money with these jokers .thr design team is worst thn school kids design .they signed up agreement with tatasky who paid huge amount to builder not to allow any quality provider..which is illegal .

Builder work very slow they dont meet timeline. Its always extended.

Yes, one of the below owners review is right, Today I have visited the property to see the flat, They said they have very few inventories available, They did not even show the flat and they are more focused on pricing, They are also saying most of the work is completed but not sure why they are not allowing to see the flat, most of the builders are rushing to sold ASAP but here situation is different, This looks like they are not bothered about new bookings since most of the flats are already sold out. Am just giving the review to help others.

Builder is not allowing owner to re-sale the property . They are giving tough times to the owners . They want to artificially inflate the price of the flat by conveying that all of them is sold out and the price they quote is VERY HIGH for left out units . They are not allowing land owner to sale their property also so that they can create the buzz in the market that they are sold out .Project looks good to me . But the prices are very high .The prices which they have kept is compared to Prestige and Brigade which seems unreasonable !! That too when OC is not received yet ! Think of it when OC would be received.

No formal date of handover. Progress is very slow. Flat is nowhere near completion. I will be surprised if they handover the project by this year end given how slow the project is progressing.

I have bought a flat in the apartment and feel happy that it was a right decision. The progress is good and builder is professional. They are using quality construction material as well.

This property is diagonally opposite to Brigade Utopia. There is an approach road of about 100 metres before you reach the office of Myhna Maple. A further hundred before you see the 5 blocks.What I liked about this property1) they have put in some thought behind the Clubhouse and it is aesthitically designed it is definitely a highlight to the property. There will be a pool coming under the club house and a tennis court write adjacent to it2) there is a walking track around the property which will be around 620 metres3) the lift is good it takes 45 seconds from ground floor to the last floor(26). So that is pretty cool4) the west facing flats especially the corner ones has an amazing view when you go on to the higher floors5) the colour combination used for all the five blocks is pretty neat6) the front office and the marketing staff is extremely helpful and answers queries patiently7) there is is going to be a road widening hopefully in the next two years8) the stretch of one and a half kilometre has major properties like Brigade utopia Prestige Lakeside candeur Landmark candeur signature. Especially Brigade utopia is a mixed use property which has retail and office setup.. and it is my belief that the value along this stretch of properties would grow9) there are good number of schools around this stretchThere were some areas of improvement1) the flat size looked cramped especially bedrooms2) powerpoints in the hall I felt was not convenient3) Prestige owns tracts of land behind this property so there might be construction disturbance in the next two to three yearsOverall if you are ok with the location the price looks decent. Booked apartment here after listening good reviews but to my surprise now got to know its opposite ,they are just low level ..see below issues1) Everything they have changed starting from tiles to wires, doors,fittings if you ask them. reply from lady who is so rude is worst .2) Even after 95% payment they are denying flat visits which is making more confusions for us as owners .3) They are keep making excuse of covid19 where all other nearby properties work is going on in full swing .last time they fixed visits when majority denied payment but because of covid19 they blocked the visit ...now they got the payment ..so behaving like this .4) They have started new villa property nearby and working going in full swing seems all the workers transferred over thr .5) I Approached few Myhna height owners and they conformed ..be careful with this builder ..I am not sure what is the meaning here

They are not allowing the owners to resale the flat. Just to create a market buzz.

Some one written reality of this property.. You can understand by reading thr office comments they are threatening the person who put comments thank god I dropped my idea booking with such low level of builder.

Sound to be good property only, but project is moving very slowly and its almost 3 years ago launched.Sales team majorly focused on pointing negatives about their competitor, instead of their project and product promotion. Price quoted is very high for this project.

Not even allowed to see the actual flat due to covid situation and clearly saying that owners wont get a chance to see the flat until handover, pretty strange🤔.Quoting the price somewhere close to prestige which is not at all comparable.

The project was in prime location and the amenities which they promised looking great. One thing I noticed they are charging gst @ 12% Even after government reduced to 5%. Any one recently purchased flat paying 12%gst can know what benefits will buyer have.

Prime location with good amenities at competitive pricing...Most promising builders, Im reviewing this post two years timeline, builder is transparent with his promises and delivery, at this pace of construction Im sure they would deliver well before expected time. Location is perfect for office, schools and social infrastructure,with the road widening , prr and upcoming commercial and residential projects this makes it an ideal project to go for.

Have been to all high rise projects in and around Varathur. Compared to all Myhna is giving best price when compared to Prestige and Brigade. There are other builders in Varathur who quote less but I found Myhna construction Quality is good and providing good indoor and outdoor amenities which are not with few other high raise projects. Also i was looking for Basement parking(so that kids can roam at Gfloor) and indoor amenities like squah, badminton, swimming pool(indoor and one at outdoor), mini theatres, restaurant etc. where Candeur Landmark and few other projects are not providing proper indoor games and basement parking. Brigade and Prestige do provide such amenities but the cost and maintenance is too high compared to Myhan that’s just because of their brand.This project is located just opposite to Brigade Utopia and very next to Prestige Lake side Habitat. Star Bazar, Vishal and few other Super markets are next to this project. Banks, restaurant and especially good Schools nearby. Convenient to people who travel to Whitefiled, Belandur (via Gunjur), Sarjapur etc locations. Once the road widening is completed, Varathur is going to be the best happening place in Bangalore.So I preferred this Project.But many fake promises by their staff. We need to be behind them for each and everything. Their staff are not well trained or they are trained to be that way I am not sure. Meeting Prime Minister is easy than meeting the builder. The staff keep saying builder is not available or he is in other meetings.

Prompt every month update on the progress of the project by builder.Having high confidence that it will be delivered on time.It is in heart of rapidly developing area of Bengaluru.

It was a tough decision to select a 3 bhk in bangalore..in high rise building.. but finally booked at 19th floor corner view..east facing flat..with the help of myhna sales representative Mrs.Sneha and Mrs. Sowmya. Mrs.sneha helped a lot for clearing everything in each and every step. They put all the construction status update every month on youtube.. Waiting to get possession on July 2020 as promised by them...

Architecture of this apartment is very nice.

With in 5 acres what all they are promising may not possible. Room sizes are very small when compared with unit area. Sales team wont have most of the technical answers. Most of the things are in graphical design, reality most of things may not happen.

Building aesthetic & graphics on brochure and video presentation looks good w.r.t. amenities , 85% open space but if you reach the site open space looks smaller than the Site Layout on the brochure . It doesnt look like 85% open space . Along with Flat Dimensions , they should also provide site dimensions so that one can have rough idea of open space .For 27 Floors building , open space looks very less as 532 families at least 1200 people are getting very less space than shown on the brochure . PLC ( preference location charges ) is Rs 100 for all east facing flats even if it no swimming pool or amenities view flats ...surprising . Builder has made only one significant size building i.e. Myhna Heights . Price looks at higher side with a not so known builder when the possession is in 2021 i.e. after 4 years . At the moment 3 BHK ( 1665 sqft ) will cost you around Rs 85 Lakh + Registration charges + Sinking Fund + Legal Charges etc .Construction quality, building structure and construction pace look ok so far , but you need to wait for 4 more years to get the actual product.
