This is a descent society in Siddapura.Amenities and maintenance is ok. The management is responsive and rent is also not high.

Nice society... 2 blocks.. kinda peaceful and very recently developed..But the building material quality might not be upto the mark..as the flat i visited had seepage problem, may be because of heing at the top floor or so... but yeah, nice overall

Nice apartment with all facilities and security. Whitefield and Eco space offices are near by from apartment. Bus stop, dmart, shopping malls are near by.

Stories say, there are theft going on, every now and then. But yes rooms and apartments are big and spacious. No proper/room balconies though.

Pollution free, breathing space in the heart of the city, exiting watch towards lake view.

Would not recommend this society to anyone.Really bad management and poor construction.

Quality of the construction and interior designs are not worth for money,I have visited personally to buy 2bhk flat but after site visit I hsve changed my decision ,

I live here and its an honest post.Location is the best part,and even though small builder the open space is pretty good.peaceful.No pollution like roadside flats.Main road is just 300 meters away.perfect location.

Good location. Neatly organised residential complex. Clean and well maintained surrounding areas.

Builder refuses to complete pending works and seems like very slim chance of getting OC. Very bad construction work and finishing. Too many middlemen involved in between the actual builder and sales people. They will try to milk out every penny possible. Every week there are problems with water or electricity etc. Cheap or duplicate materials used for construction. Please do not trust this builder and buy apartments from the same builder. Also avoid taking rent here. The quality of materials used here are very bad. Everyday I worry that the ceiling or walls might collapse.

I personally impressed after buying this flat. The Flat is very good and the price is also good. All the staff are very supportive before registration and after registration. Finally i am happy with the service.

Livable property in budget. One lift is still under construction in Ablock. Small society management is doing their best. However, no proper maintenance for block with rented flats. Parking is not alloted and always chaos around it. You get view of lake and field from terrace

Hi, we booked a flat here but on the documents, the name of the builder is mentioned as Vijaya constructions. While, on searching online, it suggests that the builders are virani constructions. I dont how far to trust the people involved.plz hlp

If there would have been a way to give zero star I would have done that. The owners just try to lay a trap while renting the apartments (beware they just bluff people), later they charge you more then what was negotiated , no proper amenities but residents are forced to pay maintenance(more then what was promised during renting) that too witouth providing facilities. There is no proper cleaning and management in the apartment,garbage keeps lying in the main gate for days, owners only come to ask for money but when u ask them for the facilities they deny it and get into useless arguments. Not worth the money.

Good location. Vastu is Pathetic. Construction quality is bad. Please see parking below swimming pool. Uneven slab,tolerence is higher than 30 cm.. Not well maintained. Overall ok ok project.

Moved here for low rent and immediately regretted it. Society management is bad and thefe are mosquitos everywhere. No facilities either.

Zero maintenance and not worthy of the rent. Poor quality construction and incomplete. Regretting the decision of moving here. Management is not at all responsive.

Please dont purchase flat here because builder has not completed the amenities and he is not willing to do. Even he is not picking the call now. Without completion of amenities will not get CC, OC. We are already started discussion to file case against builder.
