The infrastructure is well planned and executed.! Though the location isnt great, and is a far form the city centre, the amenities provided are good.

Too far, and the roads leading to it are too polluted. If it rains, I shudder to wonder the condition of the approach roads.

The villas are really good. Already few are Occupied. Zero traffic and calm area..

If you would like to stay close to nature, enjoy by seeing birds fly, go for a walk along the side of fields, enjoy the fresh air in this city by not being away from your work place then I feel this would be the best option to consider without being compromised on the model, construction quality and facilities of the property.

This is one of those rare projects in Bengaluru where the builder actually listens to the feedback the customers give and also makes sure he addresses them effectively.
