Very very rude and unprofessional security guards and their manager. So arrogant , they treat tenants like road siders. please know that security guards own this place they will humiliate you and if you complain to their manager, he is worse even more arrogant and he will humiliate you more. very helpless situation, nobody to teach them manners.

Entire building is built on top of an ancient Graveyard. Since the time grains of dead bodies bones mixed up with soil, under water and we use that water. The water quality is Acidic and it will eat all your Taps, Utensils including you & ur family!

Very nice property , great location, walking distance to Wipro office and bus depot, upcoming metro station 5 -10 mins away. Very co-operative and helpful stuff.

This is a great apartment, well maintained and beautiful. The flats are spacious as well.Only thing (in my personal opinion) which felt negative is the view of cemetery next to apartment from balcony where we stayed and even from bedroom window.Though we dint belive in this while we moving in coz we liked the flat alot. But later there was lot of negative vibe ( just my opinion) things were not working out for us.

I have bought a 2 BHK flat at Concorde Tech Turf. My family and I love it here. Concorde Group has planned it really well.

Nice apartment..well ventilated and well located to all the major IT park. Apartment is well connected to Neeladari nagar. All the major grocery shop are close , so helpful for daily use.

Apartment is good located in slum prices are also OK but the thing v found is d staff r very very pathetic as they r giving wrong commitments as one yr free mantainence n no electricity bill.. But later when v visited D site they r not assuring their commitments n other person saying offer is over blah blah.. Really pathetic.. Plz dont buy this or else u will suffer later.. Due to full wrong offers n commitments.

Build quality is good, But staff are so bad ,so rude and unprofessional. They(staff) are thinking we(buyer) cant do anything after buying home.They spoiling name of Concorde group. Please buy your own risk. You may feel like trap.
