Great support n advice from TPS regarding which ram is best for my laptop.

One transaction and they have earned a lifelong customer.I ordered for a Hermes P2A keyboard which was currently not available in Nehru Place (Delhi) due to import restrictions etc.Initially we encountered some problems, reason was:- it was my first time with TPS so preferred COD. And TPS on its part, understandably prefers to call and confirm orders before dispatching a COD order.Comedy of Errors happened since the number from which TPS was calling me was showing up as a spam call from Practo. But after 3-4 days when the confusion was cleared, TPS on its part took extra initiative to send the stuff over flight instead of normal delivery. I am sure that would have reduced the profit margin but to TPS the customer satisfaction was more important. At the same time, I also got one complimentary gift which made my experience even more enjoyable and memorable.And like I said, the way the team managed my order once they realized the misunderstanding between us and they way they have dealt, they have earned themselves a lifelong customer. :-)

Wanted some clarification regarding components for assembling a PC. Called their office, but the person asked me to email my query. After I insisted to speak to their technical person, he reluctantly took my telephone number, promising a callback, which never happened. As suggested by him, I even emailed and asked for a callback: received an automated response, but no callback.I remembered that the person had said that I could visit their office to get my queries clarified. Upon reaching there, I got the feeling that they didnt welcome customers. In fact, when I asked for an item which was in stock (as per their website), the person checked and confirmed that it wasnt in stock. To my disbelief, he had just then taken it off the stockist. This only goes to show the highly questionable inventory management system that they have.I left, with little or no technical recommendations that I went there for. A rather disappointing experience, no different from the dealers of SP Road. So much for their much acclaimed professionalism.
