Very good experience. Helpful and courteous staffs. They spend good time explaining the products. Many products are kept for display and trial. I went to check for laptops and I could try wide variety of those including Mac books. Hand sanitizer dispenser is kept before entry gate and that can be operated with foot. Very spacious inside. Be careful with vehicle parking on road, it is odd/even day based free parking on either side of the road. That area is kind of shopping area and you can find various types of shops around.

Most phones were out of stock. The employees were very friendly (a little less enthusiastic), but I suggest you enter the shop only when you know what you want. The employees will describe all the features and it might get confusing.But on the plus side, you can find even the most recent of phones here! Including the iPhone 13

The service was decent and very satisfying. I just bought my new laptop which is HP omen, its currently a top end series . The deals for the laptop and other accessories was just incredible. The precautions they take towards the sanity due to covid-19 was also quit impressive.Over all Im satisfied with everything

I bought a Samsung Washing machine .MRP : 43589/-I was told that only if I choose 6 months EMI and use ICICI credit card, I will get 10 to 15% cashback.That was totally false information.At the end, I had to pay 45384/- including the EMI charges.The cash back that is promised in very fine print is 3.8% (1656/-) which also will take 90 days to get credited.I am unable to substantiate the fraud as all the talk about the 10 to 15% cashback happened verbally with the salesman assuring me that the cashback will be smooth. They never informed me about the extra EMI charges.In the bill, in very fine prints, the real details are hidden, which I failed to notice.Overall, NEVER GO FOR EMI schemes. THEY are completely OVERCHARGING without proper information.

THEY SENT THE INSTALLATION TEAM TO INSTALL AC WITH A MINOR PERSON (UNDER AGE), then no one else came to install the AC. they took the money to install but utterly failed in delivering the installation service for 15 days. These people are looting customers with no resolution provided anywhere on emails or on calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THE FRAUDULENT RELIANCE DIGITAL. DESERVING NEGATIVE RATINGS ALL OVER.THEY ARE INCAPABLE TO PROVIDE ANY RESOLUTION FOR FAILING IN THE SERVICES. Worst staff no proper response,i bought a new laptop asus and for that they gave one pendrive for recovery of windows and I went the next day for the recovery ,they told to wait for 5 mins and no one came and when I ask the staff , they just told to wait ,one major problem is that they only aim at a particular brand or product and particularly in laptops genuine products like asus tuf gaming they wont show at all only they aim for dell,in dell that too i5 processors start from 55k with basic features and if we ask for asus ryzen series they tell that its out of stock,these people do heavy gambling

Had been there to buy an Ipad and its accessories and it took me four visits and hours of waiting to get the complete process done. I had opted for EMI for the payment option which at first they asked to get it done through their EMI provision and since they were busy they asked us to move to IDFC bank. We sat through there. Where due to some issue they checked our credit score twice and even then it didnt work. And was then asked us to get it done through HDFC and another civil score check there. And another half hour over hours of already being there. It gets done. Then they tell us that multiple civil checks is not good. Which they did from their end because they had an issue. And then they say that we should have gone to HDFC first and it would have been done quicker. But its supposed to be their job to help the customers and not tell us which would have been better later.A very bad experience.

Location is worst.Today my shopping ended up in Police Station. They have no clear sign board for no parking and the security there also did not warn us. They have put barricade near the shop which is again misleading.(please check the photo attached and let me know what would u have thought)due to which my scooty was tolled.It was not the nth time we went to that shop or parked there.Any digital item we used to go there. This time I went with my 4yrs daughter in the evening.Upon complaining the manager why the security dint warn us. The manger said why should we bother u dint purchase anything from us. Then I had to book a cab to hebbal police Station to get my scooty with my child along side. There the story is again different.

I was a regular customer from this store. Today I parked my vehicle infront of the store to purchase one item from this store.. Within 2 mins my vehicle was picked by local traffic van stating unauthorised parking..!! while we were parking in that location no security staffs warned us regarding this..!!! The staffs dont have courtesy to inform customers regarding this. When we found our vehicle was not outside the store asked the staffs regarding the same and they were misbehaving with us only stating why they will be bothered Bout customer vehicle.!!! Seriously!!! If u can not take care of the customer things which is parked outside ur store how will you support after ur sale..!!?? I will never ever purchase from this store and request all viewers to avoid purchasing from here.. such a bad behaviour reliance digital!!! U have lost a customer from today onwards!!!

I have visited Reliance digital for 2-3 times and enquired for the BOSCH make washing machine but staff is always approaching to buy a SAMSUNG make washing machine and they are telling that NO STOCK for BOSCH.

They will not exchange the waste products which were sold by themselves.Waste of going there.......They will not suggest good products for costumers ..Just waste of time.Even Croma is excellent than Reliance Digital.Dont go to Reliance Digital..

This place is very large and a wide range of products and services within the store. The drawback of this, since there are very few people coming to the store the staff members are not occupied and since they are not, they end up chatting within themselves in smaller groups.Thats exactly what happens every time that you may visit this store. When I went there to get my issue resolved, the person at the counter was already burdened with too many devices and queries and he was a constant effort to resolve as many issues.He kept asking for help from his other staff members within the store and they seemed to be very busy on a topic of discussion, that they could not pause. Some of them were busy on their phones, others in intense conversations with each other. The rep was not helpful atall and didnt do anything to assist me. Even though I spend 15minutes for my turn to come to get my issue resolved.Bad experience in terms of service support staff. Location, products choice, offers, deals these are good. Can visit once to review your options for purchasing.

Very poor customer service, while buying the product they say installation will be done in 48hrs but the service team will not pick the call and they try to block your number and visit as per convenience and none of then are responsible.

I bought Haier BMR 276 litres 10 days ago from this store. Firstly their delivery was pathetic. Over that, I was getting some intermittent cracking sound since installation and the installation guy told it will settle in few days. Now I can see the freezer compartment is icing. The guys dont even respond to messages or calls and seems to have washed away their hands. I will follow up with Haier now as the product is just 10 days old and still in warranty. However, my recommendation would be to avoid this specific model. And the store too for their irresponsible behaviour. Why shouldnt one order from online platforms if stores dont bother for such low life product failures? At least you will get more discounts.

Reliance Digital Sahakarnagr branch is the worst service provider in the list. Its after sale service is ridiculous. I have purchased Aquaguard water filter on 01-11-2020 sunday and till today its been 5days, the technician have not visited to fit the water filter, he didnt even respond properly. And the store people are not receiving my calls. The promises they make are fake.
