This is a great place for quick fixes! I called up the gentleman after reading the reviews on Google, and was immediately assured all help possible. He waited for me to reach his store, and was able to resolve the issue with my laptop in a matter of minutes. Five stars for the service!

I think the place is closed. I was there from 10 AM to 11:30 AM on a Friday. Nobody opened the shop, the gate was locked and nobody answered the phone.

Worst service . Returns laptop with dead screen and not accepting his fault.I would rate -5 for his service .01/03/2019Mr. Ram dont hide your fault. You know very well that laptop screen was working fine and you also checked it . But when i got the laptop back the screen was completely dead and you are telling me that laptop screen has a problem. I had given you the laptop for the repair and instead got a laptop with dead screen and you call yourself as a technician. You are not fit to call yourself as a technician and you have no idea what happened to the display.

The best place in Indiranagar to get your laptops repaired or upgraded. I had the RAM upgrade for for my 10 year old Acer Aspire from 1 GB to 4GB and my 5 year old Dell Inspiron from 4 GB to 8 GB done here. Ram will give practical solutions to your laptop problems and has reasonable pricing.

Ram Kumar does an awesome job fixing and making old machines work like new. I got a laptop upgraded to Win10 and had memory put in and a few mechanical parts replaced. Ram Kumar got the job done quickly and came in under budget. This was my 3rd laptop repair and the reason I go back to him is because he is trustworthy and reasonable. Thanks!

Mr Ram Kumar is a professional and competent person who got my computer back and running in 8 hours time. My Lenovo laptop was not booting and when I took it to him, he said he will look into it. Within two hours, he called saying that there is a issue with the hard drive and clearly explained next steps and associated costs. He completed the repairs quickly and returned the computer within 8 hours. I also like that he is very transparent in dealing with customers, he removes the hard drive and RAM chips and gets customer to sign on it, to prevent it being replaced with other pieces. Will certainly go back if there are any future issues.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! AVOID IT, STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN! HE WILL DAMAGE YOUR DEVICE.This man tried to scam me of nearly 10,000 Rupees. I purchased my laptop overseas 5 years ago, and it had cut off while working and wouldnt power up. I took it to this man due to proximity. He said he would update me everyday on the diagnosis progress. It took 3 days before I had to call him and get updated that my motherboard was beyond repair and needs to be replaced, and that it would cost Rs 9,000. I didnt have the means to get the laptop repaired then, so I asked him to transfer my data to an external hard drive that I supplied. The next day, this man called me and said that the laptop hard drive was not working, and that he would need to send it to data recovery specialists and would cost me a few thousands more. I felt something fishy, and took my laptop away, and paid a diagnosing fee of Rs.500. I took the laptop to another man, to recover my data since I was flying overseas soon. This man plugged my laptop hard drive onto his computer and it worked like magic. I had ALL my data transferred for under Rs. 600, in just one day. I flew back, and gave my laptop to a computer specialist who then said that the motherboard may have been able to be saved, if not for the scratches and circuit damages the previous man had done to the motherboard while attempting to repair it. This has been a very BITTER AND EXPENSIVE repair and advice you NEVER to go to this store!

WORST SERVICE EVER - DONT RISK YOUR GADGETSI contacted the store after locating it on Google maps, as it was nearest. I am so fed up with the response and service. There are many issues, primary being the behavior of the person in chair. He is full arrogant and does not even attempts to understand what customer service is. Second, he denied giving receipt for the service charge of Rs.750/- and made the bill only for components replaced. Third, my laptop did not function at all (did not even power on) after the service and I was shown the door by the service center - they did not even listened to my concern, and did not even try power on the laptop (as if they knew it was not working). The behavior was too bad. I am thinking to visit the store again in couple of days. If they resolved my concern, I will append the review or take it down.

Worst experience. He is very irresponsible & ill mannered person . There was some issue wid my laptop bt the battery was fine. i took d laptop to him n he said he will get bck to me wid the issues. He didnt bother to call me n say wats d issue so i called him up after 2 days. He spoke to me very rudely & said hw can u expect me to rectify it so soon., as if he is doing it for free. After getting my laptop bck frm him the battery stopped working.when i tried calling him and telling the issue to him he wasnt ready to listen anything and he even refused to accept the mistakes too.
