Avoid this store at all costs. I had been here to get my desktop fixed. Not only did he not fix it, he behaved extremely rude.I was getting 3 beeps from my motherboard. Obviously, I googled for the solution and found that it was an likely an issue at with the RAM. I myself took the ram out, cleaned it and put it back in. But that didnt fix the problem.Later, I came to Pyda hoping for some professional help. But this guy also did the exact same thing. Removed the ram and put it back in. And then tried connecting another SMPS. It did not fix the issue at all. He asked me for 200 rupees SERVICE charge for it.For some quick context, I had been to 2 other computer stores before this. They did not charge for this initial assessment and they did more tests than this guy did. Its common practice to not charge for initial assessments. If some repair needs to be done, sure, by all means, service charge is a must.He didnt fix the issue and tried some basic things that even we can try. I was baffled and enquired why I need to pay 200 for just a quick initial assessment. He started SHOUTING and verbally abusing me. I told him that the other store (Cauvery Infotech) didnt charge me and they did more tests. In a rude and loud tone, he said Why did you come to my store then? You shouldve gone home.Utterly rude and has zero respect for the customer. HE NEVER MENTIONED THAT THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT WOULD BE CHARGED WHEN I ENTERED THE STORE. They reel the customer in, charge them how much ever they want and start shouting at the top of their voice if we question the bill.The first page on Google search result was more helpful than this guy. I wouldnt mind paying if he wasnt as rude and did a thorough assessment. But after such a horrible experience, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE to anyone.Cauvery Infotech, which is very close by, is a much better option.

They only stock basic local pc parts, if you want anything they can order but they dont have a list of what all items they can order. First theyll say everything is available sir, later on only 1 item is available, that too just 1 model. Easier to travel to SP road. Also, theyre just busy listening to music when you enter.

I gave to service my PC to this worst showroom. they charged me 1300 rs to install antivirus and they installed crack (fake) antivirus i had 1 year licence but today its showing as quick heal total security got terminated the service due to fake product key. also they stolen my 4GB transcend ram and replaced with cheap quality chines ram. when i reported about it the shop keeper was very arrogant he shout back at me and ask me to leave his place. pls dont buy any product or give for service they are biggest the cheaters.

It is an NGO for Differently Abled persons which provides training in Life Skills & Handicrafts. I appreciate them and working for this noble cause.One should definitely visit this place and get associated with them. I am really touched by the kind of wonderful service rendered.

Too expencive

Our local vendor, can get most of PC stuffs or else if ordered we can get it sourced it by evening.Not good for getting service done for systems..Dont ever give ur systems for service..Over priced for service as they dont do anything and its outsourced,, poor quality replacement parts used, and they argue staying that it is like that..
