The office space is great, and the team young and very passionate!While the Phable App is continuously evolving and services offered by Phablecare are steadily improving each month -- what truly draws my praise is the sense of mission each team member carries towards making Healthcare accessible and personal.

PhableCare is a fraud website if you want to order medicines or any health device. They will take your order on call and process it after 2 days. They make fake discount promises as they dont give more than 15% discount and the medicine gets delivered in 8-9 days. They are just playing with peoples lives just to make their own profit. Avoid them and use Dhani or 1mg instead.

Pathetic and worst Service ever had been experienced, there is no update regarding the order which I had placed on 31st August.. called thirce to customer care executive she promised to call back each time but no response now the customer care is not willing to pick the phone.. I have sent mail but no reply to my mail. Now if I wont get any reply will complain to higher authority regarding against the company😡

I booked a product from phablecare on 9th of Sep 2021,I got a mail immediately it was order confirmation mail,after which I got a call for the confirmation,till today 20th Sep 2021 I have been following up for the product nor I have got the tracking details nor the product. In spite of several calls and mails they are still not able to deliver the product. Its a very bad service.

Its a complete scam company and website, ordered on AccuChek Instant Strips on August 11 and never received it. Paid 756 for 50 strips. Going to complaint to consumer forum against it.

Service is pathetic. Not sure if its because of pandemic but its really bad. I ordered a BP Apparatus but unfortunately it doesnt show the correct reading and hence I raised a ticket with customer care within 24 hours of arrival. I havent heard from them since then. The number provided in the website - none picks the call and email -no response. This is the time we need this product. I would have ordered the same on Amazon flipkart or any other website I would have got a replacement or return without this delay.

Phable provide worst service and support. They first call and ask you to order product you have browsered.And, when you actually tell them that you want to buy, they will say product is out of stock. And, never contact you in again.

PhableCare doesnt have a board outside the building.. You have to find a coffee shop called Cuppa and then get to the first floor where youll find a small nameplate called Phable.
