I had to fix my laptop screen and hinges, so i took it to the engineer and he diagnosed the problem and gave me two options which is trying to repair it by doing certain alteration , if the damage is not severe and if it fails then replace the whole set, because spare parts are available as a set and not individual part.. so now he had to replace the part because original HP manufacturer are using worst quality these days and making a fool out of their customers.. So my engineer showed this to me and explained everything about it and i got a vision of the whole damage and then i told him to replace the set and also he had to do some major hand work too, and did it for a decent affordable price including his service charges and then i had an other computer which was giving me problems, he did that for free.. he did not charge a single rupee; very polite and understanding too ...should definitely visit the engineer with your problems for hassle free job. One of the Best service you will get in Bangalore . Let me know tell my story , I have bought Dell XPS laptop from US and I clearly know issue is with Power Circuit & ICs . I went to Dell Show room they recommdended me to change the entire Mother Board which cost me nearly 18 K (Since I am using i7 Processor ) which I dont want to spend that much money . I went to PC tech and it was repaired by changing the damaged parts. The cost incurred is 4600 rs . I am totally satisfied with Services & cost involved .
