Such unprofessional attitude. With our inquiry, we were explained well and told theyll assemble the devices as per our discussion. After we paid the token amount of 20k and left the showroom, they call us back after 10 minutes and tell us they dont have that same desktop but can arrange something which is twice the price of the mentioned desktop or we need to wait for 6 to 8 weeks. Wow! What a sales strategy! Kudos!

The computer peripherals here more of networking devices. They dont have any built PC to showcase or sell within 30k.They would probably assemble and give. Google shows this is Lenovo exclusive store, but it isnt. Limited parking only for two wheelers.

Mega IT Store is my favourite destination for all things hardware.Sure, one can go to SP road for better deals, but this shop is at a stones throw from my place and Senior Technicians Sundeep and Salim are very knowledgeable and pleasant to have a conversation with.What I really like is they do not oversell or push you to buy expensive stuff. They encourage you to check online and see if they can do anything to sweeten the deal.I had built a mid-tier PC in 2017 and upgraded it recently. The experience was very smooth and pleasant.

Went to buy Asus laptop. They had the model I was looking for. After checking the laptop, I inquired the price and I saw the price online also. Online the price was lesser by 2.5k so asked for some discount. But instead of properly saying yes or no to the request, the guy at the cash counter, who I presume be the owner, was on his phone with his legs crossed and didn’t even bat an eye towards us. We would have bought the laptop without discount also but the manner they were looking at us and treated us, we felt it’s better to go to any other shop where we are welcomed at least with a smile. God knows how their service will be after purchase. If any of you looking to buy any IT products with a good customer service then you would be served well looking elsewhere and not here.

Recommended place for servicing all laptop , I myself was not sure to which store I should go , luckily I got recommended this placeMy Lenovo laptop was having a blue screen of death and i was sure it was related to HDD since all the fatal error i was getting was related to memory management , when i gave it to the service guys they sent me a SS where i could see my HDD health was 0 , and they just replaced the HDD and new drivers and now my laptop is working fine

Number one scam store! I had been there to upgrade my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 8 and ever since the upgrade there was a lot of issues on my laptop. They basically make sure you visit their store at least 4 times to take money! Just horrible! The executive there don’t even acknowledge the fact that there is a customer in the store and they just stare at you until you call them. Just pathetic.

Good shop for computer parts. Prices are good and same as online stores. Staff are helpful and experienced.Ordered a monitor over phone and received it the next day. Was able to test the monitor in shop before taking delivery.

I really liked the collection. Cant compare with online market but indeed great pricing for offline shop which guarantees satisfaction. I purchased a Dlink router 841 and which I realised later that it does not serve my purpose. Upon request seller accepted my return and got another router Dlink Exo 1360 AC1300 from there itself. This gives immense customer satisfaction. No one in Amazon will accept return for router kind of electronics. I am happy to pay little extra than online for immediate purchase and get totally generous experience.

Please dont go for repair your old laptop they will take all usiful things from your laptop and will say it wont work I got a bitter experience so before entering u can take pics of ur laptop battery and other components please take .

I went to Chroma, Reliance digital for buying a computer monitor but Mega IT store was the only guys who had a monitor in stock for in store purchase.

Not exactly a great alternative to SP road, but when you are in a crunch for time then these guys are the best bet because they stock most of the items.

Good assembly and professional team. Knowledgeable on assembled rigs for bitcoins.Update after 2 weeks (error during install means windows got corrupt within a week). Service is an issue. Team refuses to take computer or come home for repair.

A great shop to buy hardware but not for Repairs. I went there to get my laptop screen replaced because it had a crack in it. Instead of repairing that, they made it worse. The guy damaged my display emulator while removing it and then he said, Sir, there is a problem with the Graphics Card so we recommend you to take this issue to the SONY Service Centre. What bullshit. Id recommend you not to go there for any repairs.

Had a bad experience and feel the same like Prabhakar. Had bought a cisco switch. I remember explaining to the sales person that i need 5 port switch (out). there was some miscommunication and the one i got didnot suffice my need. I approached to return it and upgrade to 8 port instead. There was a thin polythene wrapper over the cover. Off-course unless you tear it you cannot open the product. The shop refused to accept.The shop owner kept on explaining sealed/unsealed for 15 mins. if you buyit, forget about refund/replace from this store.
