Very responsive. I contacted them to get my laptop screen fixed but they returned it back saying spare part isn’t available . So I had to give it to another shop. But good communication, and I appreciate how they created a WhatsApp group immediately with the technicians to keep me updated about the repair. Just one thing , their shop isn’t very easy to find. It is a individual house turned into a shop. A clear direction or shop name could be placed on the road to easily identify.

Money minded. I daily work on my laptop. Oneday it wasnt turning on so i visited this place. They called me after 2 hours and told me that it was an issue with some power circuit board and needs to be replaced and then the laptop will be okay. I said okay to it. While explaining about the price details they again said the 8GB ram also damaged and needs to be replaced. In total they asked me 10k. There was some discussion/argument with them. I felt something wrong and i told them that i will take back my laptop for a second opinion. So i went on the next day to collect it and now they are saying the mother board is damaged. I dont understand, what was changed in a day. I think these ****** damaged the motherboard on purpose.

Poor value for money. I bought Lenovo laptop power adaptor 65W. In lenovo website same product is sold for Rs.1499. But laptop store guys charged me full amount Rs2800. Didnt give discount thats given by Lenovo to customers.Customer executive lack professionalism. I went there with a problem that my laptop was not getting power supply. Without even diagnosing the issue, executive told that battery has to be replaced. After insisting he tested my laptop with another power adaptor, then it started working. So simple power adaptor replacement was enough.

Screen of my old Samsung laptop (NP350V5C core i7 QC) was flickering, though it was mild but I didnt want put strain on my eye hence visited the shop for change of screen and completed the task in 30 minutes. They put original screen and charged accordingly. Service is great so are the personnel manning the establishment. Word of caution, one must contact them before coming down so the resolution time shall be minimum.

Promptly helped me get my laptop hinged reworked without having to completely replace it which would have been expensive. Friendly staff even helped me with an unrelated minor issue with the laptop!

This service center believes that exorbitant charges is the way of doing business - they charged Rs 2500 for fixing the hinge of the screen. Claimed that they are authorised by Sony as an service centre- which was not true. Wanted Rs 3500 for replacing my keyboard, which i got it replaced at Rs 1200.Not trustworthy. My Dell laptop fell down and the casing was damaged so badly that the dvd drive portion side was open and jammed. I did check 2-3 laptop service centers including the Rajajinagar Dell Exclusive service store with no luck as they were over quoting the price also told me it would take at least 5 days to resolve the issue. As I was not very convinced and was traveling back home saw this particular outlet The Laptop Store Malleshwaram. The location of the store is very easy to locate with visibility from 3 sides of the road. Initial look and feel of the store makes one feel its a showroom with only sales. They are very well organized and also following COVID protocol of sanitizer, masks and social distancing. The staff are very patient in listening out the problem and professional. They were very proactive in understanding the issue with my laptop and fixed it as it was before the damage in less than 30min time and not to mention very pocket friendly too. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. Iwil surely suggest this place for my family and friends too

Scammed for just simple looses battery connection charged 2k+ approximately 2 k again and still issue was not resolved better to find some useful store rather than wasting time and money. Which i resolved on my own. ..l..

Situated in Malleswaram Sampige road, worst part is there is no parking available there.I just got installed my Kaspersky antivirus there. They charged 800/-, it hardly took 10-15 min process.

Shop is just off main road. Need a power cord replacement. Got it quickly done. No special measures for Covid safety. Parking is on main road. Even though I went on Sunday no crowd.

They overcharged me for a cracked HP laptop screen. 6000 bucks for something thats half the price on SP road. Plus they give absolute cheap quality stuff which breaks soon. My laptop screen cracked again in less than 2 weeks. There goes my 6000 bucks. Dont trust this place. Cheating at its best.

Not recommended, they will say you have hard disk problem and need to be replaced. Then they will take out your good hard disk and will make you pay for another oneAnd its not a authorised dell service center

NOT RECOMMENDED !!i give 0 star.I gave a Lenovo laptop which had display issues for diagnose & service.This laptop was never serviced/opened in the past, before handing over to service Center, I tested it with the external monitor & the display was functional (Display was not working on the laptop monitor only), but after diagnose they said the graphics is bad & need to replace motherboard costing 15k !I said return the laptop as is I’ll use with the external monitor but when I got it back the laptop was completely dead & no display even with external monitor.When I opened the laptop back panel to check, I noticed that the connections were all unplugged & lot of screws were missing!I simply feel this is purely an effort for cheating the Customer & suck money.

CHEATS of the first order. Gave laptop for repair. They said they will check and let me know in 1 day time the problem and repair cost. After 2 days they call up and tell me motherboard needs to be replaced and going to cost Rs 15000/- . I say no thanks and when I go and collect my laptop they are asking for Rs.500 for diagnostic fee. Not once when I gave the laptop to them did they mention about this fee. They say it was printed in the receipt they gave me which I signed. It was written on the rear side of the receipt.SNEAKY CHEATS. Will be definitely taking them to consumer court but wanted to warn everybody about these CHEATS.

After 4 years of usage, first time my laptop stopped working suddenly. After calling Dell, I was told that I would need to get my motherboard changed. Recently I took my laptop to them for service , they gone through it and explained that there is some sort of problem in the motherboard IC section and they diagnose the problem within 3 hours. After custom my problem decided to write this review. They are very professional and very responsible for calling back as well. Each and every time I received best quality of components with longevity without exceeding my budget. This level of service kept me coming back again and again. Guys dont waste your time anywhere else. This is the right place to buy and service your laptop.

Worst service ever. Was not able to diagnose the problem properly, overcharged, and charged for the wrong issue which did not exist. If I am coming with a laptop, being a paying customer I expect proper service.

Laptop was hanging very much so I took my laptop and visit or had to get my laptop repair and they did it very well thanks to them for repairing my laptop.

Plzz I suggest you not to give laptop for service there, they dont even understand the problem, I gave the laptop for auto restart, they took 3 days and they dont even identified the problem and it as not been solved, they said v have done general service it costs 1600, I asked what you done? Coolingpad and cooling gel v have put, it costs 1100rs, What costs that much man? What kind of business they are doing I dont no, I said take out what you have added and give my laptop back, finally they priced 500 for no work they have done as diagnosis charge. The people there dont no Kannada also , this kind of service they should not provide to the customers.I dont want to give a single star unfortunately to post this I have to select one.If you read this and still gone a give your laptop there, there is no fool like you I guess.

Job # 7107Issue: hard disk not detected.Had mentioned to just verify if the problem was with hard disk or because of lose connection..They took 2 days after me calling them up several times and finally said hard disk needs replacement..Since it was very old laptop.. I opened it myself and checked the connection and things started working fine.Horrible service and took 500rupees as minimum service charges. Pathetic.. Find a better place for repairs guys.. They may be just good in replacing stuffs...

This store is not Dell authorized , they have lost their contract from dell , how ever still pretending that they have it. Dell customer care is denying the claims made by the store.
