Khatabook payment is terrible, never accept any payment in khatabook QR, Once a payment is initiated it will directly goes to their axis bank account, then they will transfer the money using NEFT, entire process will take 10/24 hrs, aldoh theres option for daily settlement but it automatically disabled after cpuple of mim. Khatabook payment is a terrible payment service which holds your money & when you call their cx they will hold ur call like 10 min and say the bank server is down.

App is good, but partners like QR delivery agent are not professional. They are just working for there salary not for the customer service. Today on 19 th Oct, I was about to get my delivery, but delivery boy went to next village from mine because of his mistake and asking me to come and collect it from there. While I have no option to go there and can not go by closing my Shop. After that he give excuse by saying the address is not correct. While its a stretch of 1 km long having no other shop and the plateform just in front of the shop. He said there is no shop on that road. Anyone can see it clearly from the both sides of the road. Due to his mistake went to another village. What to say!Dear concern please do the needful for the best customer service.

Kindly add the option for interest option for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually. and also auto tracking the expense manager from all financial transactions through sms or from banksites directly.
