We did some research and landed up at this place, a highly recommended one on Google for second hand laptops & used ones. Deepak met us at his store and showed us some models based on what we asked for. He appears quite convincing and reliable but there is always the element of not knowing in what state is the model you will end up with. He goes to great lengths to assure you that these are not refurbished pieces, they are what are called commercial use laptops which are sold in bulk by corporates. Ultimately, when you show a little bit of disinterest, then the sales pressure will pile up on you to take it else it will get sold the moment we leave!!!!He will then go on to show you his order notebook which records incoming & outgoing laptops, the ones that get bought in dozens and sold in hundreds. Am exaggerating, of course, but you get the idea. Perhaps his sales and service is really good, we will update on that soon once we buy a laptop from him. Meanwhile, take full care to see you dont get gypped here or anywhere. Go with your instincts, if you get butterflies in your stomach, its time you walked away. Once the money is gone on a second hand or used laptop, you will not get it back! Avoid being abused!! :)

Just before taking the money they will talk very nicely but once you will get laptop they will not do any thing, if you have small problem also they will not do anything, moreover they will talk very rudely and try to fight also. They are giving expired material and not accepting. i suggest dont go for this one. if you have more money then go there and spoil your money. ( after paying money you will come to know there real face).

Purchased a laptop during lockdown, service was good and delivered by Dunzo staff, I purchased a Lenovo X1 carbon claimed to be 6th gen but it was 4th gen when verified, laptop is very pricey for the condition give with lot of body and screen scrathes with speaker paper damage, need to be very careful with the specs and overall condition. An average buy when you compare bang for the buck.

Worst service no proper communication with the service if we have issue with the laptop they drag for week for service and tells no Warrenty, etc .. Check 10 times before giving cash because they speak differently after receiving money. Through telephone they tell they will replace, no stock drag for week.. Lost 5k for part replacing with other service center. West of money.
