My biggest complaint about them is their customer care department. I called regarding address change for my order. One guy picked up the call and kept me waiting for ages after asking my order number. They were talking about some of their colleagues marriage/engagement while keeping me on hold for almost 3 minutes for just to check order details. Later after I said hello multiple times same guys came back again from the conversation and asked me to call after 10 minutes. Seriously if you are not bothered about customers you will end up losing them and your rating already portrays that.I sent an email regarding the same but I seriously doubt the responsiveness

They take order and ship it, and order is complete. Now its couriers and your responsibility as soon as it leaves warehouse. You cant contact them in any way. No one replies to mail, their contact number doesnt work. I dont understand why a reputed company like Dell Chose this no Fs given company.

Dont buy from compuindia. com its worst site ever. You can get you order after 15days from booking... . Dont go for it..They wont respond your calls .take care...when you buying...

Worst company.. dont buy anything from them.. They will take months deliver a product.. there customer care sucks.. Phone always out of order.. Once you place a order.. you can never contact them.. If you get your shipment early then you are lucky guy.. If you dont get.. you cant do anything.. just wait for unlimited time with lot of patience. please go for Flipkar or amazon.. Never trust these guys.

Never ever purchase from compuindia. They claim to be authorized suppliers of dell laptop and other accessories. However, seem to be selling second hand non functional parts. The battery i ordered for my dell laptop was found tampered with on opening the box and on using the same, the laptop did not even work. Contacted dell with the case. Was astonished to hear dell support saying they are helpless and contact compuindia itself. After contacting them, got a reply to send back the given battery and that they will send a new one. I send that back to their address. But later I got a message from them that they would not be sending a new one, but instead will be reimbursing the cash to my account. After some weeks, the cash came back to my account. All this after weeks of phone calls and mental strain.Not even fair enough to give one star rating. Negative.

Worst Website, Just Looting Customers on the name of DELL. Purchased battery from their website and they gave me wrong one. when i called them they replied before ordering you should take care of that, we do not have returning policy .... WORST EXPERIENCE !

They Have the Worst Ever Service Available With Them, Once a Product is Sold , IF You face Any Issues they Will Not Entertain your Call Neither Dell Will. Be Aware Before Purchasing as Pricing is attractive but Everything is Worst After That. There are No Negative Rating or Else I would have Given That.
