Decent service but not too professional. Went to pick up a friends laptop and was told the charger wasnt with them, despite thw fact it was indeed with them and was asked to book a dunzo to retrieve the same. Parking is also an issue on Brigade road. You are better off going to a shop on SP road.

Im not sure why they run a business, to be honest. They openly quote higher prices than the regular price if they know you want something urgently.Heres how my conversation went with the gentleman:Me: Im looking for 3000mhz Ram. Two sticks.Him: We have two sticks, but its old stock.Me: Thats fine. Whats the price.Him: Usual price is 4500 per stick but the price for you today is 5500.Me:...PS: Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz 8GB is sold at less than 3700 everywhere else both online and offline. So yes, I went elsewhere.

My younger sister has been openly fooled by these vultures. Her laptop has an issue of battery failure and an outdated antivirus. Unluckily, she consulted these ppl for help; and guess what, they had charged her INR 700 for Kaspersky Internet Security, which is available for INR 370 via online. For the replacement of battery they have asked for INR 4500, which is utterly nonsense. Thankfully she didn’t install the battery which was clearly available for about 1499 online and yet had to install the antivirus for 700 upon being pressurised from these people. On top of that, they didn’t even update the antivirus, rather install and let go. So guys please be careful of these ppl. Nothing more then an open scam!!!

Huge overpriced products. Will not recommend this to anyone. A product which is available at 399 is being sold for 900. Even arguing with confidence that if you get the product at lower price we will buy.Rep- Lol do you even understand English? Depends on brand and quality. I did enquiry for specific product. This ignorance is the reason why people prefer buying online from Flipkart and Amazon rather than from some roadside shop. Milking money from unaware customers.

They are selling way overpriced computer/console peripherals. Better to buy from online or from SP road. A 200 RS HDMI to vga adapter at rs 700. Dont be fooled to buy from here.

Worst experience ever. No respect AT ALL for the customer. I bought my computer from them. After 1 year I had problems and gave it back for servicing. The computer does not work now. They are telling me they did not do anything and only fighting on the phone. Save your time and money and go to a quality shop where they can give you genuine products and service. I cannot trust them or what they are selling. Someone should check their inventory to see if they are selling real products and if they have any staff that actually knows anything about technology. Horrible experience as a customer. Once they have got their money its only fighting with them.

Excellent Service!I was in Bangalore and forgot to bring my presenter for an important event. It was a Sunday so I just tried to search some computer shop which will be open. I called the shop to see if they had the specific Logitech presenter. Mr Arshad answered the phone and when I said Im not from Bangalore he very quickly offered to deliver the item at my hotel and also arranged to send card swipe machine along with the delivery boy. My problem was solved in just 20 minutes.This is simply awesome service, these guys can beat Amazon 😄👍Thanks Glasgow Computer, keep up the good work.

Worst place to service ps3s! Utterly horrible service, no respect for the customer or their needs. Took my ps3 in to get it checked and they had no hesitation to take it in and fix it without my consent and then had the audacity to blame it on me. Worst cheats ever! They do not even warn you of the downsides to fixing the console, such as console restore. Never going there again. Sadly, its not possible to give them a lower rating than this. One star itself seems too high.

Horrible, horrible place to make your electronics purchases. We bought a UPS from them last year and the thing started giving issues (wouldnt power our appliances for more than 5 minutes) during the warranty period. We took it back to them for repairs (we didnt have a warranty card from the manufacturer; just their bill). They took 2 months to process our request - even after multiple reminders and desperate coaxing- AND at the end of those 2 months they gave the thing back to us in a WORSE condition than it previously was. (now the UPS powers our stuff for even less than 5 minutes..)Im used to the generally poor quality of customer service in India, but these guys have completely changed my perspective on how poor poor can be. The main guy (Arshad) made hajaaar pretences about how concerned they were about our problem and how hard they were trying to follow up with the provider. Such a hoax! And on top of that he has the audacity to return the thing in a worse condition than before and claim that its fixed. In between he tried to pacify us by giving us a substitute UPS temporarily and even that was broken. We were pained by going back and forth to the shop with such followups and by having to call them repeatedly with reminders. It would have been SO much more cost-effective to just buy a new UPS.Never buy your electronics from them unless you dont believe in warranties or you have the time and patience to fix all your gadgets yourself. Enough shops in Bangalore thatll match their prices and will not make pretences about trying to fix your stuff when it breaks down.

This place is by far the best place for electronics in Bangalore, what ever it is that you want you can either order it and it WILL come, be it EK water blocks or EVGA products to NVIDIAs ultra high end cards. And he has great stock. Always is the first to get PS3 and XBOX titles.
