Purchased a new printer. Within a month, the printer stopped working. Went to companies service center to claim the warranty but was of no use. Had given the printer to many local service centers and technicians, But no one was able to resolve. But here in Balaji computers, the person took 3 days and the printer was serviced. Now it been a year now and my printer is in good condition. Even the cartridge refilling I am giving to Balaji computers only.

The person is very good.. he exactly tells you what has happened and he will guide you about your pc.. he also takes less ammount for the repairs.. and does it in less time.. the only thing he needs to improve is having an another guy who works under him and does all the going and coming work.. because he needs to be in the shop but only time he will be there is like evening

I own a HP laptop. My laptop had issues and I had been to many places including the service center too. No one was able to rectify the problem. But here in Balaji Computers, this guy was very professional and was very kind in behavior too. He clearly explained about the problem and what caused the problem and the way he resolved the issue. I was very happy with the service. Even the rate was reasonable.
