I have known Ganesh and Bright computers for the last 5 years. He is honest, sincere and excellent in his work and has provided good quality service. Best wishes

Bright Computers was a chance find for me when I moved to Bangalore and I can never be thankful enough for it. Whatever the problem has been, Ganesh has found a solution for it. All the computers in my house are properly functional and working fast, thanks to him. Not just that, I once faced a glitch with a blender I received from the US. He worked hard to get me an adapter made for voltage adjustment and voila! I could use it after that. Its rather rare to find someone whose work ethic is impeccable , in addition to the skills needed for the work they do. I recommend Bright Computers to everyone who needs any services related to laptops/desktops

Ganesh from Bright computers provided extremely professional service. He first checks the laptop and then provides an evaluation of the required- hard ware software updates required, provided reasonable rates and only post Confirmation moves ahead with the required fix. He has serviced all my laptops and I am extremely happy with his work.

I had contacted Mr Ganesh as my laptop was not booting - and he did a fabulous job. Thorough professional !! He clearly explained that the key issue appears to be hard disk and once thats fixed he will need to check the machine to see if there is any other issue that needs attention. He called me to update once he had checked the machine, gave me an estimate and also the timeline. There were no follow-ups needed, I didnt need to call him him up again or chase him. He fixed and delivered my machine with in time and at a reasonable cost.. I found him transparent and trustworthy and I would refer him to anyone without any second thought.

I had a 8 year old laptop with heating issues. I was half expecting that it would be hard to fix since it was so old. But Mr Ganesh debugged it to be due to a faulty fan issue. He found a compatible replacement fan and fixed it.That was almost 4 months ago. Laptop is working perfectly since...no heating issue. For me...the important thing was that he was able to get to the real problem and solve it. I would recommend him for any repairs of old laptops.I also got to know that he buys back old laptops too..I am planning to try it in thr near future.

Had the good fortune to work with Mr Ganesh from Bright computers. My laptop had gone very slow, the harddisk needed a change and needed some more changes. Few residents from my apartment complex recommended Mr. Ganesh. When I reached out to him, he was very responsive and professional. He was very quick to provide the require services and got my laptop working in less than 24 hours. That was surely quick. And the charges were reasonable; importantly he was very transparent about the charges right from beginning with no hidden last minute charges. In addition, he regularly followed up after the laptop was repaired for over 2 weeks to check if I was facing any troubles and offered to help if there was anything. Of course, the quality of his work in the first place itself was great, so no additional support was needed. But I appreciate the fact that he was proactive to check back on any issues.Overall, I am fully satisfied with his services and would certainly recommend him should anyone need support for laptop/desktop or related aspects.
