I needed a quick service for my Canon printer. They were very prompt and visited home to review and fix the issue within 15 minutes. No changes in parts. I recommend them.

Very poor work. My desktop was hanging and gave for repair. I was first told Harddisk issue and got it replaced. Was not provided hardisk bill. Next they told it was CPU fan issue and replaced it. Same no bill again. Third they was it was due to antivirus and took 1 yr subscription for antivirus and installed. But still my system hangs. Not responsive on phone. Poor service and not professional. I dont recommend Ak Computers to other.

Really bad service, no responsibility, no timing sence, very very costly which is of no use, they just take the computer and wont give us back soon and for every small problem minimum they charge more then 1500- 2000 rs, and funny part is they literally force us to give positive comments in review.. I suggest never go to this people..

They are fraud. Dont trust them. He charged me 650 for wifi dongle which is of 238 rupees on Amazon and still I am not able to connect to my wireless router. They will fool you by adding new defect prices. Whenever I call them for my wifi related issues they dont pick or make excuses

AK computer are cheaters only. Simply taking money. They took my printer and kept 30 days and not returning. After contineous followup they said cost will come around 3000. Only my scaner was not worked.when I denied they charges 1000 for lab checking charges.

Took time in fixing the issue, had to pay him to reinstall windows as he said this will fix the issue. But the very next hour the problem started again. Called him several times but no response. I did not know that all it needed was installing a new audio driver and the issue could be fixed but he installed windows again just to charge more. And now with that crack version my pc is damn slow. Cant trust these technicians.Waste service. Wont receive calls one the amount is paid.

Given mac book air to fix the start up issue, the took more than two days to identify the issue and later told need order some hardware to fix the issue. I told them not to proceed further with your hardware and asked them to give it back. They return back the Mac book not this is not even charging, and added one more issues on top of that.I only told that not add any hardware component, let me know what is the issue, this is not middle of something. Now if I will go next shop they will ask your Macbook is not even charging and pay extra money for this.

Not happy with the service. You will be attended quickly and forced to go for repairs. My repaired desktop lasted only a day. I am not going back to them again.I like that AK systems responded - First they take the desktop for checking - Conveyed a repair charges of Rs. 4000 plus - I refused for any repairs and then followed up for sending back the desktop - Wednesday through thursday AK computers then insists Aap batao kitna dogey and also tells that after repairs my Desktop will be valued atleast 10K - The matter is agreed at Rs2K and then desktop is finally delivered on Saturday - Works for 2 days and then is dead again. Not sure what is meant We told you 3 times. You decide for yourselves - My statement I am not going back to them ever is my experience with them.

Good experience, less hassle.I have changed my review, because the service I got. Gave laptop and tab. Laptop working but the way they fixed laptop is not proper ( charger is unable to put into the laptop) gave Samsun tab as well. Absolute rubbish service....i will not recommend this place to even my worst enemy....they are not professional they wont solve the issue but they will take loads of money....absolute disgrace of a shop....they have no respect for your products, its been almost 2 months and yet my laptop isnt fixed. These guys are fooling people. The moment they visit your place, Rs.250 will be charged. They take your laptop and believe me, you have to call 100s of times and wait for weeks. Finally, your laptop will be returned in Non working condition. Haa..remember..they may tell you that laptop is being tested in Lab....Beware!!!
