Work service center. That person keeps saying within 2 days hell tell about problem but never calls. Being very rude and cuts the call abruptly. Ajam work he wont do he said. He took 5000rs and gave 1.month warranty. But laptop again problem in 7 days. 3rd class language and very unprofessional

Worst place to go for a service or repair.I gave my desktop for repair the guy told that he will inform me in 4 days about the problem but he never called, I personally went to the shop and enquired he told me that he will give me a call in 1 hour but no one called, then I called him on the 6th day again he told me the same thing, I will call you in 1 hour about the problem, I was fed up of waiting and went personally to enquire, he told me that they have not even checked my desktop and asked me to take it back as they were short of manpower and this is on the 10th day.Give a proper timeline upfront so that customers can make a decision whether to go for someone else who is less busy.

Had been to this place to get Charging Connector Flex PCB Board for Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M1) replaced for my smartphone and they had charged me Rs. 1000 for the same where the part hardly costs around 300-400 rupees in the market or online. And then when I tried to have a detailed conversation with the ground staff they were all rude, very very rude. I work for worlds leading investment bank where I maintain and develop databases for them and these people had tried to teach me about hardware and software where they failed all together. Though I have paid the amount that they asked for but I am very very dissatisfied with their charges and then overall behaviour. I am not sure why ASUS would want to do business with them as they claim. I am not sure about the owner of this place but let me make myself very clear, I have the capacity to train people like what you have in your shop but its just that I do not want to be around such people.I do not feel rather I am sure that most of the following reviews are all paid or had been done by their friend circle so beware of this place and then people like them.

Asus service is a scam. Claim authorised service center, but guys do not know when the motherboard changes the IMEI changes as well. Scammed me by claiming false damages. What couldve been done for 2000, they charged 4000 by claiming motherboard damage. charged 4000 for touch screen digitizer replacement. No original screen.

Daylight robbery happening at this place. Charged 4000 rupees for a phone that costs 7000 rupees for a broken screen. Replaced with cheap quality screen and returned the phone with no screws inside them.
