Visited address at 699 near Mahalakshmi sweets lane on the main road, 11.00am yesterday. Saw a 2 story residential row house. Checked with neighbour. No clue on SmartBrains. Knocked on the gate. No noise from inside. If business operated from here some signage might help. Could not get through the mobile. May have shifted business.
Truly awesome service. They exhibited a high sense of customer orientation. Very patient and was willing to redo things to ensure that my desktop was working well. Highly recommended for laptops and desktops.
This guy has no sense of responsibility .Wont pick up calls or answer anything. I assembled a PC with him , biggest mistake to waste 50k with this idiot. He has cheated me and not providing any service after selling faulty smps.
