Never do mistake to join this company. It was my 1st company with all undereducated managers, no work ethics and poor management. No security in company, u can be laid off overnight. The funda here is - Hire & fire!

I am part of Datacenter architecture team. I have worked with few companies for Datacenter implementation.I have visited few NxtGen infinite Datacenter in India. All staff of NxtGen infinite Datacenter is very nice except Mumbai Fountain staff. Mumbai Fountain NxtGen infinite Datacenter staff is too unprofessional. Even staff dont have knowledge and soft skill about how to communicate with client.
They have become very arrogant. Support is pathetic. every 10 days their servers break on one account. They are very proficient in excuses to justify why our servers / racks were down. Their switches are faulty, their Intel servers are pathetic.
If there is any problem right away they will tell we will not help you even and support is pathetic which is important for a company
Visited for a customer meeting. Good cozy place.
