I am unhappy with recruitment process of Mindtree. Really they have opportunities or what ,I have cleared discussions and have sent docs to corresponding member but thay didnt give any update.. this was happed with me for Two times .... really this company have police or what ...the recruiter names one is Neelam Rathod and second one is Ashwini kulakarni.. these both are working in Banglore only...these ppl are not giving any update on that ....

First of all they don’t give good package, I still went for the scheduled interview on a Saturday two weeks back. They took the first interview which was very good as per their comment and they made me wait for 1 and half hour for the second round(managerial round) saying the interviewer on the way. After 1 and half hour hr came saying interviewer wants a telephonic interview. It’s all a lie , if he was on the way how is taking the call from home. They wasted my time. Even while giving the interview , it was clear the interviewer was in no mood and looked like he was forced and some how he started asking me irrelevant questions , not from the technical topics I was called for. As he confirmed he doesn’t know those technical topics.When I told this to HR , she gave me a false assurance of rescheduling another round and asks to leave for the day . I followed for the next week but they kept on giving excuses . Till now no calls have come.Don’t go for any kind of interview there. They can’t value good candidates. Simply waste people’s money, energy, efforts. Very disappointed.

I attended interview for cloud engineer/ devOps and it was very nice experience well managed and arrangement for interviews there was three round 1.) technical 2) cultural 3) paragraph writing. Good place to work with.

Not very good...Will take our money in the name of utilisation Bonus..which is from our CTC...varaible pay in other companies here they give the name bonus.. seems they dont know what is the meaning of bonus...3 months notice period from day 1..which is worst...Medical claim will not be refunded...even there will not be proper response...Looted my 2 days salary in the name of Covid 19 fund... Without my permission..

On Saturday I was called for interview @9:30 am and they gave the written test result around 1 pm and then the first technical round happened @3:40 pm. The panel was Arrogant, unprofessional and rude to the core. During the interview she was NOT AT ALL interested in the answers. It was so obvious that she was doing time pass and the interview experience was disgusting. During the interview the lady was busy in talking with other panel sitting right in front of me. It was such an humiliation. Irrespective of the correct answers, my answers were ignored.It was a DISASTROUS interview experience. If you want to insult yourself and waste your entire day, then you can attend Mindtree interviews.If the panel is not interested, they SHOULDNT CONDUCT THE DRIVE AND INSULT the candidate. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.If negative rating is available here then I would give -5 STAR RATING.

After l&t took over I dont know but earlier it was a fun place to work as well as good recognition of the company was there in market.

The saddest company i have ever seen when it comes to management.The campus is good.Its green.Roof gives a view to the lake and windmills villa.There is a parking area for the employees of the company.Wen a person can’t do anything for 7-8 years. He becomes a manager. Thats funny. Hence i left the organisation because of the idiot management who plays game and politics with no sense to manage and work with a team.

This is mindtree office Whitefield ,there are two towers one is p1 and other one is p2.From 10th of p2 and 6th floor of p1 you would love to see the lake next it. Also windmills villas are unique in design and architecture,all villas having roof garden.

Awesome place to work if you are in learning phase. Parking facilities are available. You can come and visit on prior permission.Environment friendly with full greenery around.

Had been here for an interview.The process of interview is very streamlined.Candidates were even offered coffee and lunch during the process

I went for an interview here. There were almost 300 people came for that. Didnt feel like I went for an experienced interview. I think they had pre defined people for the role. They didnt ask me any question. In technical round that guy asked me salary and was telling me I wont get whatever I am asking for. Overall process was too slow and interview panel was below average

Company located in silent and cool place. Even i didnt work here, my friends say its good company. I had gone for an interview, provided free lunch, pleasant place for having food, but after Interview had finished nobody was there to tell me the feedback update as the time was already 530PM. Whether I got selected or not they should have inormed me that day itself. Anyway thankyou for your time to take my interview.

Nice place to work.. but I like Mindtree West campus.

The location is away from main road and hence is calm and pollution free. They have 6 floors building with cafeteria on terrace.Ample parking for visitors.

Behind the mind tree campus there is a narrow street where photography will be good but the surroundings are somewhat dirty with cow dungs. No matter we can get nice snaps with greeny environment

The building is located interiors. One need to get down at Sai Baba Hospital and walk opposite road to the hospital. Anout a km walk from the bus stop. Vehicle parking available. GPS location shows properly.

To evaluate a candidates attitude MINDTREE personnel should have attitude.When a candidate is extremely well in technical aspects with proven experience and didnt evaluate a candidate properly it will be a great loss to the company irrespective of PERSONAL EGO.If you know any relative of the interviewer and the interviewer doesnt have fair opinion on his relative how the interviewee is responsible for the malpractice done by his relative.In such case if the candidate is rejected one among the following should be true.Interviewer is involved in illegal activities and it will be known to the interviewee from his relative. So he rejects the candidate without any valid reason.If the interviewer is perfect and assuming that his relative is also like minded as his relative as the candidate worked in the same team, is illogical and nasty.Thanked God, for not giving me opportunity to work with such MENTALLY SICK guy. Mindtree became MINDLESSTREE.Another incident happened 8 years ago (may be in 2010). There was no interviewer for a scheduled call for which HR called 5 times to fix the time and 10/15 times on the day of interview. After reaching the venue brought one interviewer for name sake and said your experience is high and we do not have the interviewer with such experience free right now to conduct but finally said your profile is not matching with the requirement.Request Google to introduce minus rating as well to rate such TEAMS in an organization.Not blaming the entire org but one could feel the same as its repetitive like this....Arent Mindless people working...isnt MINDLESSTREE... 🤔😂😂😂

Went for functional test engineer interview forfwomen employees with career breakit .Had an initial technical face to face interview,followed by telephonic managerial and hr round.Cleared all the rounds.They again took a technical round for Whitefield location where they have only few projects as per my knowledge..cleared that as well...after that no response from hr ..after following up they told that feedback is positive and I would be getting the offer letter.waited for two more weekDint get the offer letter...Again after contious follw up they are telling project timings doesnt suit me...so rejected my application...it was a career break initiative ..dont understand the point of organising such drives if they r not offering the job even after clearing 5 levels of interview...worst experience ever...

I went here for the interview i gave my resume and they said the first round will be the coding round you have to do coding on the computer and asked me to sit in front of desktop computer that was so old and the keyboard also were not working well and there was a time limit to complete the test i even asked then to change the machine or atleast change the keyboard but nobody heard me in result of that i failed in the round.So stupid.

Pathetic place as they do not have any common sense w.r.t others time and have zero ethics on how to handle folks who have come to interview. Interview was scheduled at 10 and till 2 in the afternoon they made us wait and then asked to have lunch and then when we were back they said written test for all folks. I do not get it, if it was written test they could have planned before and be completed with it. Pathetic excuse by people conducting the interview and HR was no where to be found.
