Good place to buy HP Products. The staff are doing a nice job of explaining what is available in the market and what is a good buy. We bought a laptop and they showed that Windows is already activated and they activated MS Office in the store itself.

Worst experience ever they do classic laptop scam they will give you a faulty laptop purposely and when you go back telling you got a faulty one they will tell you we cant do anything and will tell you wait for 14 days for them to raise a ticke.Dont fall for that trap HP has clear 14 days replacement they do it to claim that in warranty and take money from you. I got faulty laptop twice but luckily I got my refund.

Not even allowing to get inside the showroom due to covid situations. They show a printed copy of laptop models and prices, claiming it to be all inclusive of offers. You can touch and feel the actual hardware only after confirming the buy. I would suggest to guy for any multi brand showroom where you you will get offers and respect.

I recommend every one who are purchasing laptops or any other accessories to purchase from a store like this, dont ever purchase it from a mall. This is a genuine hp store. Ive purchased so many devices from malls and always got bad customer experience from them, but now I really regret why I didnt know about a store like this HP World before. They not only helped me purchase a new laptop, but also helped to repair my other laptop which is purchased from another mall. On top of that, their customer service is best in class.

Regret there is no negative star here!Since I purchased laptop from this shop, I believed them till I gave it for a problem solution. Computer was taken out from the showroom by some authorized servicing person (who they call engineer) and my laptop got F ed. I put up the issue with the so called owner who very sweetly replied to let him know about my concern, but after that (that is almost a month now) he never replied my mail which shows how capable and ethical these guys are. Never go to them for even spares!

It’s a small store but with some great energy 🙂They’re kind and very helpful with some fairly detailing and product comparisons.Was nice buying a laptop there!

Want to give negative star but no option. Please do not visit this store its a fraud store. I gave my laptop to repair the body. they told me they will put new body and it will charge 2400. but when went to collect they did not change with new body old one only they repaired which is clearly visible. they did not reduce the money they demanded 2400 only. they are very fraud people so ill advice dont give your laptop for service here.

Repairs not done in-house here. Usually certified people are called whenever any servicing is to be done. Hence could be more time consuming than in-house service center. The person is quite friendly and helpful and gives decent details about the issue and cost expected.
