Worst Company I have ever worked with.1) Poor management2) Worst HR management3) No work cultureI was a part of the creative services team, After i departed from the company, I have tried a numerous time contacting the HR for my relieving and experience letter, the person wouldnt even bother to pick up the call.This is more like a school where teacher often comes and says keep quiet. I had the similar experience where managers used to come and say dont talk and the funniest thing they say is if you wanna talk, please see the monitor and talk. So bye bye to the work culture here.And the receptionist is like a goon there, no manners on how to talk to the employees.

I was an employee here for 5 years. This is the one of the worst companies to.work for. These are those types of companies where Employees Union is required.They terminated me with a lousy reason (there was no serious misconduct from my side), without any notice and even refused to pay me even for the days I worked on the last month.At that point the manager was a sore loser named Rakesh Katuri who was a self centered brat. For the mental torture I endured I swear will physically manhandle him if I ever see him in my life again.

Management have some politics. But its common in every companies.1. Good for freshers not to experienced professionals2. Very less strength in job stability.3. Salaries are on time - The only reason employees are happy for4. Its a not a stable company - keep the expectations bit lowMy suggestions - Freshers can start a career

I contacted this company to have a photo edited for a gift. The photo editing team were really helpful, great communication and got the image edited just as I wanted it.I would highly recommend their photo editing services.

Was wondering how a company can deliver so many different types of services. When the boss is not specialized in the industry, they have to hire a manager. Most likely outcome is the manager will feed the boss some story and the boss has to eat it because he has no options and is not specialized in the industry. More costs for customer and inevitable delays.Glad I checked them out before using their services.

Very bad experience working with Vinod Kumar. I simply reached out to get a quote for transcribing 60+ audio files, after 2 WEEKS of bad grammar, communication, and countless requests for a quote, Vinod sends me 10 audio files out of the 60 and demands that I pay him. This is a joke of company, find a local talent for your needs. I even took a screenshot of Vinods sentences that seem eery and almost threat like.

Actually this company dont deserve one star, please I request the candidates not to attend interview here. Let me explain what happened.I had been for the interview here firstly they made me to wait for 1hr, later Hr Ms. Kaveri talked with me and she was good in interaction, and later Hr said to talk with operations head about the work thats it everything was finalized.Now here comes the head Ms GEETA she is not a technical person or head, she was non technical but still she took the interview I have answered the all questions she not even able to use the technical words as well, she got the inferiority complex that I will take her position if I join🤣 so she said I dont have experience in communication with clients although m a project management consultant.So guys dont waste ur precious time they dont deserve the best candidates they need the programmed candidates and these will program them😂😂

I was interviewed here. Went through four rounds. During the interview I got to know the shift was from 9pm to 6am. I was honestly dampened to know about this. I did not have a great feeling throughout the whole interview process. I was later contacted after three days and was told that I would need to come for salary related discussion. During the interview I was clear about my asking price hence I politely declined the invite. By that time I had already joined a MNC at Manyata tech park which flatworld was aware. Im now happy with my job and dont regret my decision.

Using Flatworld Solutions for graphic outsourcing was not a positive experience for me.Lack of sufficient project feedback, too many unnecessary mistakes within the document proofs, and a very long wait (over one month for the finished document). When it was finally delivered to me corrected, it ended up being unusable due to a coding glitch.I am very dissatisfied with the complete process, as well as time wasted on waiting, the lack of attention to detail, and the unusable finished product. No, I will never use them again!

Totaly SCAMED us!! Billed us for a job that we never had them do!!!! Refused a refund. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

STAY AWAY! So far, this company is a scam. What I was sold and what Ive received are totally different. The matter is currently unresolved and I want to work this out but if youre reading this it remains unresolved and pay heed.
