Never ever buy anything from Dell website. The customer care support they provide will never respond properly and will never resolve issue.I bought a desktop from and product is defective. Prefer Flipkart, Amazon, Croma or dell exclusive stores. But dell website or order support team of customer care that dell provides is worst.

I paid 35990/- to buy a laptop through online. My internet reference number IN9000-0000-24204. Paid on 14-Aug-2020. Till date 30-Aug-2020. Order not processed. I couldnt able to get right persons to know whats going on, I put cancel order request on 29-Aug-2020 to Sales mail id. No response till date.
