CSSCORP is an IT enabled service company, all i would say is that its a good company to work. But most of the people especially the leadership team are very lazy and non receptive to any kind of change. Its not a CMMI level 5 company, its a growing startup with 20 years in the market. Pay is dependent on what kind of project you work, hike too is linked to that. HR are good but they dont have Budget to have regular engagement program so does the admin. Bangalore location lively and fun compared to Chennai. If you are not an overly experienced person then joining here is a good idea. If you are joining into senior roles then you might not like the place at all. I am working for the company for over a year and Im into Management roles.All the best.
