I purchased a CPU from them. The price they told me over phone was different, and when I went to pickup after 2 days, they said price has increased. Still I bought at higher price because lockdown was about to start. After coming home, I noticed webcam is also needed. I called them and asked to courier. They wanted advance payment which I did immediately. Since then, it is 3 weeks and I am waiting. They said they cant send, and they will refund the money. But no refund. Only follow up.After buying 20000 worth of PC, they are cheating for Rs 1300+ .Very poor experience.Edit: The owner Karan heard and finally refunded the Rs1300 I had paid as advance for webcam. Increasing to 3 stars now, not 5 bcoz I had to follow up and had almost given up.

Very bad. I had enquired for an SMPS, they quoted higher than online shopping sites like Amazon and other. I told that your price is coming more than the online sites, so the person on call told me, Ok sir you buy from them, not from us . Dont have any marketing or sales knowledge. A big NO to buy from this place.

I bought an assembled computer, few parts are in company warranty and few are shop warranty which he was not mentioned. Within 10 months. The hard disk is crashed/corrupted when I checked the exp date based on the serial number it expired more than one year before the purchase.
