Very bad experience with this software, kolkata support team is the worst support team i have seen in my life. People working in this team are utmost irresponsible.I didnt even wish to give the one star.

Good company. The RM whom I worked with Mr. Siyal was responsive and supported. The tech team I think need some more improvement, as I felt the old team shift seems not done proper KT. Otherwise the functions was supportive. The directors used to respond in case of some concerns raised.
