As everyone knows apple products are expensive, so do the servicing part. Went with a relatively small issue the service centre asked me to change the motherboard, keypad and case almost costed whole new laptop. Still they did not identified the reason for the problem and charging for OS installation 3000 is too much which is easily doable at home. There is a small waiting time in the reception is okay. Typically takes 30 mins here.

Not a very good experience! I would not complain about the prices as buying Apple products is like buying a white elephant so you should be prepared of this while buying the product in the first place.But reason for review is the overall management of the place by service executives.

For a small issue in the laptop they charge 53k plus they took the token amount and service charge before even checking the laptop. Which comes upto 3k. I’m worried if they have replaced my perfectly fine inputs with fake ones. It seems total scam.

NEVER EVER VISIT HERE... The guys at the so called front desk, dont know what servicing has been done on the product. I went with an issue for the iPhone charging. They replaced the battery and they said they would keep it on charge to check and call me. They called me after a day and said its working. When I went to picked up the iPhone, it was showing me 40%. The guy said he had removed the phone from charge and assured me its working. I checked the battery settings. It was never charged even once. Last charge date was 2 days back. I blasted the guy at front desk. HWent back home and charged it to 100%. After few days, the same issue and it doesnt work. All this even after paying 4k premium and with lousy staff.

Unorganised and chaotic are the words to describe this service centre. I was there for whole 2 hours and came back home without the issue being solved.I went there to solve a minor issue (of my phone not getting connected to non ios laptop) in my iphone 13. The guy at the desk said that it is getting connected to imac. I asked what about non ios laptop to which he said he cant do anything about it. So if there is any connection issue in your phone with non ios laptop these people are NOT going to help you in any way. Finally I went to croma from where I had purchased the phone and the guy there solved my problem within 10 mins. Dont go to this icare centre if you want to waste your time

Zero organisation, filled with uneducated guys. Literally a fish market..One technician actually said he cant help, he doesnt know. These guys just want to make sure you walk out faster than you walked in by making you wait for hours and then saying they cant help. Loser Park

I have my macbook Pro and Macbook Air for the same issue here which was that it wasnt switching on. The response was to change the logic board. Any issue you go with , they ask to replaced the logic board which costs 70K for pro and 34 K for air. You can literally buy a new macbook instead of bringing it here. A BIG FAIL !!!!

Technical staff here was unable to reinstall the OS on my mac mini, which was caused by an OTA update from apple itself.I had faced the same issue in my mac-mini a year back and old staff had resolved it. The new technical guys are here dont know anything, finally I took some time to fix the issue myself.Kudos Apple for appointing such non-technical staff, we are more and more moving away from apple products

Visited the iCare service centre twice and both times had the worst experience. Even with 3-4 people waiting it takes hours for your turn, and only to be told that they have no clue whats wrong with your device. Their standard response would be to submit your device for 4-5 of days, and this they say without even doing basic troubleshooting steps. The people who attend to you seem to have zero knowledge on this and treat you with blank stares and give you absolutely no assistance or suggestions. Really expected a lot more from a service centre for Apple which otherwise boasts of world class premium products.

Worst service center and horrible experience. I went to repair my ipad air 2 as it is not turning on after recent os update. I have did my own troubleshooting steps following apple support pages but in vain.Visited the service Center in HSR layout thinking they will repair and i can pay for repair charge. But first thing they asked is if it is under warranty or not. I said no then immediately they said it cannot be repaired and i need to get it replaced by paying 85% of new ipad cost.After arguing with them they said they will some troubleshooting steps for a charge of 1900 which i tried already. Useless service center. They don’t have expert to repair apple products if it is out of warranty.Please don’t visit this service Center and i will raise this case with apple support. Visit other nearby service Center atleast they will be able to respond properly.

I gave my macbook for repair as it was totally dead. They analysed and gave me a report within 3 hours. They fixed my device before the estimated date. They were very friendly and explained the issue whenever I called.

Very lethargic and lousy people in this service centre they don’t care customers waiting. There is housekeeping personnel informs you in the first glance , even for checking your complaint you will need to pay ₹600 after you agreed she issues token to you.I went there for a battery replacement, after waiting for 30mins one person attend to token number, straight I asked for battery replacement. He said pay full amount of battery in advance on that basis he shall be able to order once he receives the stock he can call me to come for replacement. Is this the way OEM operates ..? What is authorised dealer when he depend on customer payment to order for the stock (latest model iPhone) less than 2 year old models spares not be available?Later I asked him to arrange for battery and confirm so that I can pay same time they are ready replacement. He again went inside to check , after 35mins he comes back and says again pay advance now and book on 4 days he can arrange for stock. Again I requested instead fo full advance I’ll pay half if he can assure me of in 4 days he gets stock. Again he goes inside to check and comes after few minutes and says sir you cam go now in next two days we will call and let you know when the stock is coming but this time he is not sure when the stock will arrive. I left from there and it is mote than 10days now I waited ate least they can call but no information tol date.

They are thieves, horrible experience.I went out to repair my out of warranty mac book pro, they did the standard initial diagnosis costing 2k and came out with conclusion to replace my display and battery costing 73k. Till now that was fine I paid and got the service done but soon after 1 week of using my system it stopped turning on, I went again this time they concluded that MLB needs to be replaced costing around 55k. So in summary I paid around 130k for my mac book repair with no certainty something else will not go down soon after the repair.The entire experience suggests me if your apple product is out of warranty dont go to this iCare centre or may be to any other iCare centre, just buy a new one or switch to some different vendor

They are cheats , I stood on the queue and then they say we need 3/4 days to see what happened and if I couldn’t leave my phone, so they just charge to let u in 600 rs, and doing nothing, do not go here at all, and most of the cases they can’t do a thing even after that, just say change the phone.. ifix does a much better and professional job... these guys are worst.

They arent very customer friendly. Went there with a 3 year old iWatch 3 since the sensors had stopped working and they didnt even bother to check what the issue was. All the said after looking at the watch is thats its out of warranty and suggested to replace the watch.

Horrible experience with the service center. From past two months they have my watch and they don’t have any contingency plan to support the customer. The third part service provider in mumbai are offering pick up and drop services to customer but here the only solution store is providing is wait till lockdown lift up.

Went to get my iPad air2 serviced as it was frequently rebooting after the recent iOS upgrade.Took a token, Had to wait 1hr to get my token no and then this guy there tells I have to pay 600/- for enquiry and 1400/- to do diagnosis.Finally he says as it is not under warrenty..we cant even do anything..I need to pay 2000/- to know what is the issue is and to get appraised of how much it is worth now..Utter waste of my time.. and 600/- service fee

Went there to enquire about iPad air2 screen display issue. They took service charge of RS. 600 after 45 mins of waiting just to say that it cannot be repaired. Repair cost is same as original cost of iPad which is RS. 29000 as apple does not have parts for ipad in India.

No coordination and no professionalism. We waited for 1.5 hrs to receive a laptop which they said was ready.Each service coordinator mentions different details. They are not trained well. They have changed some parts in the mac, but I have no clue now what to expect in a few months. Dont recommend this place.

Pathetic service... Took my phone 7 plus for restart loop issue after 14.3 upgrade...they said its hardware issue... And quoted 38k to resolve the issue without even running the diagnostics... After a lot of argument they ran the diagnostics which came back with no fault... Resolved the issue my self after complete restore myself... Unhappy that I lost my data (photo)... Better hire professional who atleast have basic sense of doing diagnostics and some analysis... FYI Visited store on 20 Jan 2021

Went to replace display for my Iphone X. They asked me to change the phone itself instead of fixing it. When I asked them to just fix the display, they said they cant do it and asked me to get it done from a third party. And to make things worse, I was told this after waiting for more than 30 minutes for someone to attend. Terrible service.

We had to get the keyboard replaced for MacPro. Considering the ongoing exams, we requested staff to help us with expedited service. It was indeed a great relief that staff managed to locate the parts and performed timely replacement within 36 hours instead typical 3~5 business days. Team is professional, understanding and courteous, willing to help. Indeed, pleasant experience. Thanks to iCare HSR team.

I got my keyboard replaced, within a week i found my display is having issues. Took it back to the service center and they simply quoted me 60K and even after escalating this issue they didnt help me. I finally paid for the display replacement and while taking the delivery, I found to my surprise display is still having a lag while opening the lid and once went totally blank. They tried to reason me saying since it is a new display such behaviour can happen. I recommend do not go to this center at all. I see customers complaining about some product everytime i go there. Even observed the employees signing on behalf of customer after a disputed delivery. This is totally fradulent center.

They take at least one week more than their estimation to deliver replacement or repair. I had the same experience twice with them. Also, the waiting time is a lot longer than usually at such centers. There was not a single instance where I could see all the 3 counters had an executive attending a customer. Lazy people work at their own convenience.

My MacBooks speaker sporadically produces this burst-like noise. Unfortunately, it wasnt doing that in the service centre today. These people just acted like they tried to test it and told me there was nothing that could be done unless I left my MacBook there for 5 days which is practically impossible for me and refused to even touch my MacBook otherwise.

Operations Set Up is Good. Engineers have very less interest in solving problems rather showing rules to avoid taking up for service. Although didnt have any argument, I just simply chose to move it to some other place for servicing. They even denied to diagnose the issue and made random statements on charging anything between Rs. 10k to 40k, the attendant mentioned, it can be any issue, without any diagnosis. Prefer going to Gopalan Signature iCare Centre.

No Ac, always under repair. I have gone atleast thrice.Service centre Telephone always gives busy tone.I have placed order for battery replacement and I paid in advance. There is no information after that. I have to visit service centre to seek information on status of battery after waiting for half an hour.Does this type of service deserve any star ?Addition: i have changed my rating owing to email from Mr Praveen from Ample to ensure that servicing will be taken care of and committed that battery will be changed by 14th Aug. It did happen as committed.

The place seems to be not run professionally. I visited to get my iPhone battery replaced. I waited for 1 hour just to get it checked. The diagnosis took just 10 minutes. I was told to pay for the battery, when checked why to pay in advance, the answer was it may take long. Not satisfied, I decided to pay later. Paid 600 for almost nothing.I anyway ordered for battery, and was told to wait for 4/5 days. After not hearing for 10 days, when I contacted, I was told to pay for battery :( This is after I had recieved a call in couple of days of my visit to disable Find My Phone to order battery.I am confused whats happening in this place. Postponed my next iPhone purchase until I find a place giving better after sales service.

1. Average time to reach podium to talk to customer care is 45 mins2. Almost I have been here for more than 3 times for Mac book Pro. Almost most of them are dissatisfied, I was scared in giving My Mac Pro.3. After they take 1990/- They just see only the problem we say. I couldnt trust their diagnostics.4. I trust Apple would have kept some skilled technicians there, but I see the lack of commitment from them.5. When I said speakers problem, they said they will diagnose and revert back in 2 days. After a 8 working days when I called then after 2 days they send the diagnosed note as speakers to be replaced and need to check but we cant confirm is the answer. If they themselves are not confident on the problem, Im worried what kind of diagnosis they make.6. Of all I paid and said please deliver in another 5 working days. They sent. email this time to take delivery. I went and saw keyboard was not working. They made me wait for 2.5 hours. I lost patience and saiid, please take time and deliver it in another 3 days.7. I called finally after 3 days phone is busy. Three calls and no response came. They sent a mail. EOD of the day. I went and asked what was the cause for the issue. Not even single explanation, they just said, Sir, I think we solved your issue.With this set of incidents, The laptop is working but Im sacred how long it works.
