Absolutely pathetic. You may get better service if the entire hospital management is replaced with headless chickens. Took me 4 hours to get my test report, as they had to look for my name in a handwritten ledger without any serial/reference no. Finally, people in the queue along with me had to take matters in our own hands and look for our names ourselves. No one has any idea whats going on in this place.

We registered online for paid vaccination and upon visit they informed that vaccines are not available. Not sure why online registration is made available.

Had been here for 2nd dose of covishield vaccination, the vaccination process was smooth from registration to vaccination, even the staff was very qualified and experienced.

Facing lots of problems with the doctors der.. not only one but more 3 doctors for more than 2 to 3 patience in different departments... they handle their patience very rudely by covering their egos nd mistakes.... which ill not feel us to go back for re-consultation..

Fraud hospital, no care, was admitted for Covid. Charged me for blood tests and X Ray, even though no investigation was done, as I have all the reports from the same day as I was admitted with CT-Scan report from outside. Even as a private patient, I had to arrange my medicines (which were costly) on my own. Doctors dont do anything more than checking SPO2 levels, nurses forgot to give injection/medicine, I had to complain to the doctor, then only they gave the medicine, and then they told that because you didnt need so nurse didnt gave, if I dont need, then why the nurse is coming after complaining and giving the injections. I had to fill water in the oxygen cup on my own, on one Sunday, they serve non veg even though I asked for veg.

Dont expect 5 star facilities. It is real hearted service with such a big hospital and gud care with affordable services.

This hospital/ Medical college is one of the worst place to get treat. I was admitted in East point for 2 days in general ward and I was COVID + , people who are working over there are medical students and they dont how to take care of patients. Even doctor are least bother about general ward patient. Dr Suman who is part of COVID treatment is one of the arrogant person. If you ask about medication he dont have any answer and if you ask some more question he will say I will discharge you in 1 Min. This is not a fake comment..... Hope this will help

Hospital that never admit even a critical patient, administration poor, rude behaviour of staffs, never attend calls even in case of emergency. You will never get reports on time.

RTPCR TEST 1000/RS No online results! You have to go and fetch it yourself! The TEST PERSON NOT WEARING KITS! Caution!!!!! YOUR RTPCR REPORT TAKES MINIMUM OF TWO DAYS BUT THEY SAY ITLL BE DONE IN 24 HOURS! AND WHEN YOU COME THE NEXT DAY THEY TELL YOU TO STAND IN A LINE TO GET SRF NUMBER! WHICH TOTALLY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF ISOLATION UNTIL REPORT IS OUT! THAT TOO CHARGE OF 1000 IS OVERPRICED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THAT TOO NO ONLINE RESULTS AND MINIMUM 48 HOURS OF WAITING! AND IF YOURE NOT LOCALITE THEN THE JOKE IS ON YOU! THEY HAVE NO HOSPITALITY TO TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENTS AND GIVE PRIORITY TO LOCAL SPEAKING ONLY! THEY MADE ME WAIT BESIDE A LINE WITH FEW PEOPLE REPORT OF POSITIVE! Well this was my experience, the rest is up to you at your own risk!

Worst Hospital.one of my family member went for Covid test and even after 1.5 days we have not got our reports. None of the numbers given in website or the bill are working.the bill we paid , does not contain any proper details of covid test Identifiers like SRF ID , Covid Test ID , etc., which are necessary to search the test results online.when we called to the number which is given by hospital reception, they were either busy or not answering the call. accidentally they answered the call and pretending that they were not able to listen.Pls do not go here for Covid Testing or vaccination.

Dont go here for covid test.un organised , irresponsible staff. no phone will work. no one respond. govt hospital free test is much much better than this hospital.staff are struggling to search the reports as they have scattered all reports . its taking 30 mins to get one report.if you have severe symptoms , better to look for a diagnostic centre where covid test is conducted.

No proper information giving for the reports. Reports are not sharing to mobile even though if they told and asks to visit hospital for hard copy. For hard copy you have wait 1 hour that too by your luck or else they will tell you to visit next day.I really doubt the accuracy of the covid data....since other place RT-PCR & CT scan showed negative but the RT-PCR report from that hospital showed as positive.Please dont believe their reports.
