The team, practicing the standard anti-covid safe practices, competently demonstrated all the important features of the Wacom One product. They were extremely friendly and helpful. And didnt put the kind of sale pressure that one normally encounters in typical electronic or computer appliance stores. I decided to buy the product from the store mainly because I was given a very thorough demo of the features of the product, even though the price was Rs.200 more than what was listed in the Amazon Business Account of one of my friends. The product listing did not showcase some of the key features and capabilities of the product.

Its a temple for graphic designers. Got to see and experience all design tablets in a single go.Staff are very helpful. They understand exactly what you are looking for and help choose product Accordingly.Only draw back is wait time for collecting invoice.

Pretty decent store, having whole range of wacom products. Before purchase its better to have a experience here.

Wacom cintiq pro 13 display dead the second day. Yes we understand that there would be one of cases like this. But Wacom isnt really keen in getting the replacement done. They just ask me hundreds of questions for trouble shooting the connections while its very clear that the display is dead. They neither get back to you with a solution nor reply for any of my mails. The best part is, for replacment they need 10-15days ( not counting the transit days). Now imt still waiting for the reverse pick up to happen after 3 working days after raising the complaint.Even the Wacom authorised dealer has no return/replacment policy for such issues. I was planning to get it online, but the demo centre redirected me to a local vendor. I regret not going with Flipkart or Amazon now!
