Very unprofessionalism, very rude & owner is very arrogant, wasted full our company job, not ready to except his fault, justifying with silly reason, wasted worth of 38,000rs job. very unhappy.

I am a graphics designer in Bhatkal. I used to avail services from Print Club. At first this was a good business for my printing services. But due to horrible mistakes they have done which they dont own up to or compensate for I would not recommend this. Here are the problems.1. No common sense. If there is a mistake in the design or something that didnt render correctly due to whatever reason they will still print it. Even explaining the situation and asking for premium quality material they give just normal quality and charge more. Sometimes they will make things so late that the event for which the invitation passes and I have to source the material locally which means more time, effort and money being spent and lower margins for me.2. They will delay and delay the printing. Sometimes they will say they will deliver in 3-5 days but not deliver for 10 days. This frustrates the customer and I lose the customer.3. They will give a rate which I then communicate to customer with my margin and later retract that. I have lost many projects and many customers this way.4. They will not own up to any mistake or compensate.5. They do not understand the urgency of the situationTheir print quality and materials are mostly satisfactory but their commitment to service is horrible. Avoid this.
